Western's Homecoming and the campus formals by limo with LondonLimo.net are the north end's busiest bookings: the alumni's Homecoming weekend in October with the football game at Western Alumni Stadium, the reunion dinners and the return from Pearson, and the faculty and programme formals of Western and Fanshawe through the year at the downtown hotels' ballrooms and RBC Place - two fixed in-city fares at a planning figure of $40-60 for a sedan, an SUV for six at $115-135 an hour, the partner fleet's stretch at $150-220 or the bus at $190-290 for the formal's group, with the parents' rules for the under-nineteens and Ontario's law on alcohol aboard. The universities page has the campuses, the prom page the rules, and this article is the weekends, moved properly.

The events page has the weekend's date each year; the Western article the campus's other days.
The alumni's arrival
An alumnus from Vancouver or Calgary flies to Pearson and is met at Terminal 1's board for the Pearson page's $295-345 to a downtown hotel; one from Ottawa connects to YXU and is met at the carousel for the YXU page's in-city fare; the hotels are booked a year ahead through the travel desk and the hotels article has the clusters.

The game
Western Alumni Stadium on Western Road fills for the Homecoming game at 1 on Saturday, Western Road closes to cars around the stadium from noon, and the chauffeur drops at Western Road and Lambton Drive or at the Sarnia Road gate and picks up at the same corner at 4; the attractions page has the campus and the desk's advice is the drop by 12:15.
The street party, honestly
Broughdale Avenue and the streets off Richmond north of the campus fill with the unsanctioned street party on Homecoming Saturday, the police close Broughdale and its neighbours, and the desk does not drop or pick up on them; a passenger going to a Broughdale house is dropped on Richmond at Huron and walks, and the desk says so at booking. The City of London publishes the closures.
The faculty formals
Ivey's, Engineering's, Science's, the Medical School's and the residences' formals through the year at the DoubleTree's and the Delta's ballrooms, RBC Place, the golf clubs and the Western Fair's halls; the Ivey formal is the year's largest, and the venues page has each ballroom's door.
Fanshawe's formals
Fanshawe's programme formals and the Fanshawe Student Union's events at the college's own halls, the DoubleTree and RBC Place, with the pickups at the residences on Oxford Street East and the Fanshawe College Boulevard cul-de-sacs where the bus meets the group at the corner; the Fanshawe article has the campus.
The formal's group
Eight in the partner fleet's stretch at $150-220 an hour from the residence or a Broughdale house to the ballroom and back at midnight; twenty-two in the bus at $220-260; six in an SUV at $115-135; with the under-nineteens on the prom page's rules - a parent or a student of age books, the passengers and the stops are on the booking, nobody under nineteen drinks - and Ontario's law aboard for everyone. The party bus article has the bus.
The reunion dinner
A class of 1995's dinner on the Row or at Kellogg Lane's event space, the alumni from six hotels collected in a Sprinter's loop at 6:30 and returned at 11, on one file booked by the class's organiser; the group transportation page has the loop and the Kellogg Lane article the complex.
The honest advice on the weekend
Every car in the north end is booked by the Wednesday before Homecoming, the hotels a year ahead, the Row's restaurants a month; the desk's advice is the Pearson meet booked when the flight is, the game's drop by 12:15, the dinner's fares the week before, and the Sunday's Pearson run on the same file. The FAQ has the questions alumni ask.
Three campus nights, as they went
An alumna from Calgary, Homecoming. Pearson on Friday at 3, the Delta at 5:30, the reception at 7, the game's drop at 12:10 on Saturday, the corner at 4:05, a Row dinner, Pearson on Sunday at noon. Five bookings on one file.
The Ivey formal, eight, February. A Broughdale house at 6:30, the DoubleTree's ballroom at 7, the porte-cochere at 12:15, the drops to 1. The stretch for six and a half hours.
A Fanshawe programme's formal, twenty-two, April. The Oxford Street residences' corner at 6:30, RBC Place at 7, York and Wellington at 12:30, the drops to 1:30. The bus for seven hours.
Booking it
Homecoming is one email to the desk with the flights, the hotel and the weekend's plan; the formal is one email or call from the organiser with the date, the numbers, the pickup and the ballroom; a written quote follows; the universities page has the campuses.
Three questions the desk is asked about the campus weekends
Can the chauffeur pick up at a residence? Yes - at the residence's loop where there is one, or at the nearest corner where the street is a cul-de-sac; the desk names it at booking and the universities page has the residences.
Does Homecoming's premium apply? No - Homecoming's fares are the standard fares; the availability is the problem, and the desk's advice is the booking by the Wednesday.
Can the formal's group change the after-party on the night? Only by the organiser's call, on the prom page's rules; the FAQ has the rest.

The honest summary
Forty thousand alumni for one weekend and a formal every other Saturday, moved with the corners in writing and the rules stated; the universities page has the campuses and the fleet page the vehicles.
A worked example: the class of 2005
Twenty-two alumni in six hotels for Homecoming booked a Sprinter's loop through the class's organiser: the hotels from 6 on Saturday to a Row restaurant's private room, the loop back at 11, and the same Sprinter to the game's drop at Western Road and Lambton at 12:10 that afternoon; nine hours across the day at $160, $1,440 plus HST, $65 a head, and the group transportation page has the loop's manifest.
The desk's rule of thumb
The Pearson meet when the flight is bought; the hotel a year ahead; the game's drop by 12:15; Broughdale from Richmond on foot; the formal's group on the prom page's rules; and the reunion's Sprinter loop booked by the organiser. The universities page has the campuses.
