From London, Ontario to every airport and city that matters.
16 destinations and 15 airports, each with its own page written from the chauffeur's seat: the drive from London, the terminal, the venues and what the run costs. Every distance is measured from downtown London.
Before you book
How do I book a black car or a limousine in London, Ontario?
On the reservation engine on this site: enter the pickup and drop-off addresses (or the hours you need), the date and time, the flight number if there is one, and the vehicle class; see the fixed all-in price; confirm. The chauffeur's name, mobile and plate arrive the evening before. Or call, email or WhatsApp the London desk.
How much is a limo from London to Toronto Pearson?
A planning figure of $295-345 plus HST one way for a business sedan, $345-395 for an executive SUV and $545-645 for a fourteen-seat Sprinter, with the chauffeur's time both ways, fuel, tolls, Pearson's access fee, flight tracking, waiting and the gratuity included. The engine quotes the exact price for your address and date.
Is the price fixed?
Yes. The engine shows an all-in price for the exact address, date and vehicle before you confirm: chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, tolls, airport fees, tax and gratuity included. No surge, no meter, nothing added at the door. Only a change you make - a stop beyond the allowance, waiting beyond it, a route you direct - changes it, and the revised total is shown first.
Where does the chauffeur meet me at Pearson?
In the arrivals hall of Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 by the exit from customs and the carousels, holding a board with your name; the car is a short walk away in the commercial pickup area. At London International, beside the single carousel. Each airport page names the exact spot.
How long will the chauffeur wait at the airport?
The desk tracks the flight and the pickup moves with it at no charge. After the actual landing, sixty minutes are included on domestic arrivals and ninety on international; beyond that, waiting is billed at the hourly rate in half-hour increments. The chauffeur waits as long as it takes.
When should the car collect me for a Pearson flight?
About three hours and forty minutes before an international departure and three hours before a domestic one, plus a winter margin the desk sets from the forecast; the London to Pearson page has the rules. For YXU, an hour and a half before.
Which vehicles are yours and which are partners'?
The business and luxury sedans, executive SUVs, luxury vans and Sprinters are our own fleet. Stretch limousines, limo buses, party buses and coaches are fulfilled through vetted London-area partner operators contracted to our published standard, booked and dispatched by our desk.
Do you serve airports outside Ontario?
Yes - Ottawa, Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg and Halifax through our directory-vetted network on the same account: you book on our engine and are met at the far end by a network operator's chauffeur contracted to our standard. Each of those pages says so.
What is the minimum for an hourly booking?
Three hours for sedans, SUVs and vans; four hours for the Sprinter and the stretch limousine; four to five hours for the party bus. Beyond the minimum, billing is in half-hour increments at the same rate; unlimited stops and waiting are included.
Is the gratuity included?
Yes, in every fare and hourly rate, including the partner fleet's. You may give more if you wish, in cash or through the desk, and it reaches the chauffeur in full; the chauffeur will not ask.
Do you charge more at night, on weekends or on holidays?
A small early-hours premium applies between midnight and 5 a.m. and a small holiday premium on statutory holidays and New Year's Eve, both shown on the engine before you confirm. There is no surge and no weekend premium.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes - rear-facing infant seats, forward-facing seats and boosters, fitted before the chauffeur leaves the base, at no charge. Tell the desk the child's age and weight when you book.
Can I book a car for someone else?
Yes. Give the passenger's name, mobile and flight; the chauffeur's details go to them and to you; you receive a text when they are met and when they are delivered. A visitor on a corporate account never sees a bill.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free more than 72 hours before the pickup; 10 percent of the fare within 72 hours; 50 percent within 48 hours; the full fare within 24 hours or for a no-show. A flight cancelled by the airline is rebooked without a fee. Partner-fleet bookings - stretch limousines, buses, coaches - take a deposit and the terms are on the quote. The terms page sets it out.
Which vehicle should I book?
One to three people with up to three cases: the business sedan. Four or more, or more than three cases, or skis, or January on the 401: the executive SUV. Five or six with luggage: the luxury van. Up to fourteen: the Sprinter. An occasion: the stretch. Sixteen to thirty on a night out: the party bus. The fleet page has honest capacities.
Are your chauffeurs licensed and screened?
Yes. Every chauffeur holds a full Ontario licence with a clean abstract and the City of London vehicle-for-hire licence where it applies, passes criminal-record and driving-record checks, drives a commercially insured vehicle, completes our training and works under a written conduct code and confidentiality undertaking. The chauffeurs page publishes the standard.
Can you take me to the hospital, or bring a patient from another city?
Yes - to University Hospital, Victoria Hospital, the Children's Hospital, St. Joseph's and Parkwood, with the chauffeur waiting through the appointment or returning on a text, from any London address or any town in the region at a fixed rate; wheelchair-accessible vans through the partner fleet with notice. We are not a medical transfer service and do not carry stretcher patients.
Do you cross the border to Detroit and Buffalo?
Yes - Detroit Metro and Buffalo airports, the Detroit stadiums and the city, at fixed rates with the border in the drive; every passenger needs a passport or a NEXUS card and the cross-border page lists the documents.
How does a corporate account work?
Traveller profiles, booking by the assistant in two minutes, policy rules, cost-centre or matter-number coding, a duty-of-care record and one monthly invoice with HST broken out. No fee, no minimum, live the same day. The corporate page explains.
How do I reach a person?
The London desk is staffed around the clock for bookings in progress by phone, email and WhatsApp and can reach any chauffeur in seconds; corporate accounts, weddings and groups have a named coordinator. The contact page has the details.

What separates a London black car service from a ride with a stranger
The standard our chauffeurs work to is published on the chauffeurs page; what the London-to-Pearson run and a black car in the city cost, and why, is on the rates page.
Chauffeurs, not drivers
Every chauffeur holds the licence Ontario requires to carry passengers for hire, passes a criminal-record and driving-abstract check, and is trained on Pearson's terminals, luggage handling and discretion before the first trip.
The price is the price
The reservation engine shows an all-in rate for the exact address, date and vehicle before you confirm. No surge at 4 a.m., no meter in 401 traffic, no gratuity added at the door.
