Black car in London · 2026-09-21 · 8-minute read
The Hard Rock Hotel London, Ontario opened on April 16, 2025 at 100 Kellogg Lane in the Old East Village as Canada's first Hard Rock Hotel: 164 rooms and suites in the converted Kellogg's factory, an indoor-outdoor pool, valet parking, the Sessions restaurant, the GMT-5 bar and the 1913 speakeasy named for the year the factory opened, a live stage, and, under the same roof, the complex's Factory adventure park, axe-throwing, a distillery, a brewery and the event spaces that make it the country's largest indoor entertainment complex. It is twelve minutes from YXU at a LondonLimo.net planning figure of $45-60 for a sedan, two hours from Pearson at $295-345, eight from the core and three from the Western Fair District; the hotel's site has the rooms and this article the arrival, the stay and the nights.
Where it is, and how the car gets there

The porte-cochere and the valet are on Kellogg Lane, and the complex's lot fills on an event night; the neighbourhoods page has Old East's streets.

The hotel
The rooms and suites are in the factory's upper floors with the brick, the beams and the guitar sculpture in the lobby; the pool is indoor-outdoor with an underwater sound system; Sessions is the restaurant and bar, GMT-5 the lobby bar, and 1913 the speakeasy; the stage hosts touring acts and the hotel's own programme; and valet parking takes a guest's car, which a chauffeured guest does not have. The hotels page has the city's other clusters.

The complex under the same roof
The Factory's trampoline park, ropes course, climbing walls and warrior course for the children; the axe-throwing lanes; the Paradigm Spirits distillery and the brewery; the restaurants and the arcade; the event spaces for corporate parties, launches and weddings; and the Western Fair District's market, raceway and Agriplex three minutes east. A family's rainy afternoon, a stag's axe-throwing hour, a company's holiday party and a concert night all happen inside one building, and the attractions page has the Old East Village around it.
The family's afternoon
An SUV from a downtown or a north hotel at 1 p.m., the Factory until 4, the arcade, dinner at Sessions and the hotel's pool, and the car back at 8 - or the family stays in the hotel and the chauffeur is booked for YXU on Sunday; the things to do article has the day around it.
The concert night
The Hard Rock's stage and the complex's larger event space host touring acts, and a concert night from a Byron or Sunningdale address is two fixed rates with the pickup from Kellogg Lane's entrance moved by text at the end, or a party bus for a group with Ontario's rules applied; the concerts and sports page prices the evening and the venues page has the complex.
The corporate party
A London company's holiday party or client event in the complex's event spaces is a Sprinter or a coach from the office or the hotels with the return at midnight, on the corporate account; the group transportation page has the manifest, and the desk knows the complex's loading zone on a night when the lot is full.
The stag, the birthday and the axe-throwing
The axe-throwing lanes, the distillery's tasting room, the brewery and the speakeasy make Kellogg Lane the city's stag and birthday venue, and a party bus for sixteen from Masonville with the Row after is the party bus page's commonest Kellogg Lane booking, with the rules on alcohol and age applied by every chauffeur.
The wedding at Kellogg Lane
The complex's event spaces host weddings with the hotel's rooms for the guests, and the wedding page has the timeline: the partner fleet's stretch for the couple, the guests' Sprinter from the downtown hotels three minutes west, and the photographs in the Old East Village's brick lanes.
The Western Fair District, next door
The Saturday market, the raceway, the Agriplex's shows and Fanshawe's convocation, and the September fair itself are three minutes from the hotel's door, and a Hard Rock guest at the fair walks or takes a $40 fixed rate; the Western Fair District's site has the calendar.
The airport ends
Met at YXU's carousel and delivered to Kellogg Lane's porte-cochere in twelve minutes; met at Pearson's Terminal 1 and delivered in two hours; collected at 5:15 a.m. for a 6:40 YXU departure. The YXU arrivals article has the meet and the airport limo page the rules.
Three Kellogg Lane bookings, as they went
A weekend couple from Toronto, June. Met at Pearson at 3 p.m.; the Hard Rock at 5:15; the stage that night; the distillery on Saturday; the market on Sunday; Pearson at 4.
A company's holiday party, December. Two Sprinters from a Wellington Road office to the complex at 6 and back at midnight on the corporate account.
A family of five, March break, two rainy days. A van from Byron to the Factory at 10; the hotel's pool; the Factory again on the second day; home at 6.
Booking it
The airport run to Kellogg Lane is on the reservation engine in seconds; the room, the party and the weekend are one email to the desk and the travel desk; the hotels page has the cluster.
Three questions the desk is asked about Kellogg Lane
Is the Hard Rock loud? The stage and the bars are on the complex's lower floors and the rooms above are quiet; a guest who wants the quietest room asks the hotel. Can children go to the Factory without a hotel stay? Yes - the Factory takes day bookings, and a family's afternoon by car from any hotel or address is the commonest Kellogg Lane run. Is there valet for a chauffeured guest? The chauffeur uses the porte-cochere and there is nothing to valet; the guest's bags go to the bell desk.
The hotel's history, briefly
The Kellogg's cereal plant at Kellogg Lane opened in 1913 and closed in 2014; the developers converted the factory into the entertainment complex from 2018, and the Hard Rock Hotel on its upper floors opened on April 16, 2025 as the brand's first in Canada, with 164 rooms, the guitar in the lobby made in London, and the 1913 speakeasy named for the plant's opening year.
The complex's attractions, one by one
The Factory: trampolines, a ropes course, climbing walls and a warrior course for children and adults; the axe-throwing lanes; the Paradigm Spirits distillery's tasting room; the brewery; the arcade; the restaurants; and the event spaces for parties, launches and weddings, all under one roof and open late.
The Old East Village around it
Dundas Street East's cafes, the Western Fair District's market three minutes east, Aeolian Hall's recitals, the Palace Theatre, and the village's brick storefronts; the neighbourhoods page has Old East and the venues page the halls.
The concert night, in detail
Doors at the Hard Rock's stage at 7 or 8, the encore around 11, the pickup at Kellogg Lane's entrance moved by text, and the complex's lot full from 6; a couple from Byron books two fixed rates at $50-70, a group of sixteen the party bus; the concert article has the city's other stages.
The corporate party, in detail
The complex's event spaces host a company's holiday party for two hundred, and two Sprinters from a Wellington Road office at 6 and back at midnight on the corporate account is the commonest booking; the desk knows the complex's loading zone and the group transportation page the manifest.
The airport guest, in detail
A Hard Rock guest landing at YXU is met beside the carousel and delivered to Kellogg Lane in twelve minutes at $45-60; a guest landing at Pearson is met at the rail and delivered in two hours at $295-345; the YXU page and the Pearson page have the meets.
The fair, three minutes away
The Western Fair's ten September days, the Saturday market, the raceway's harness racing and the Agriplex's shows are three minutes from the hotel's door, and a Hard Rock guest at the fair walks or takes the $40 fixed rate; the events page has the September dates.
Booking checklist for a Kellogg Lane trip
The flight or the pickup address; the hotel or the day booking at the Factory; the concert's date; the party's numbers; the passengers and any car seats; the vehicle class; the account or the card; and a phone number. The reservation engine takes the run and the desk the party and the room.
A worked example: the March-break family
A Byron family of five with two rainy days: a van to the Factory at 10 on Monday, lunch at the complex, the arcade, the hotel's pool for the parents' sanity, and home at 6; the same on Tuesday with the axe-throwing lanes for the teenagers; the fare was two fixed rates a day at $55-70 and the family never opened a map. The attractions page has the city's other rainy-day list.
The Hard Rock and the airport hotels, compared
A plant visitor chooses the airport cluster for the five-minute run to YXU; a weekend visitor chooses the Hard Rock for the stage and the Factory; a conference delegate the DoubleTree for RBC Place next door; and the hotels article sets the clusters side by side.
Booking it, in one line
The reservation engine prices the airport run to Kellogg Lane in seconds; the room, the party and the concert night are one email to the desk.
The desk's rule of thumb
The Hard Rock for the stage, the Factory and the weekend; the porte-cochere on Kellogg Lane for the drop; the corner by text on a concert night; the party bus for the stag; the Sprinter for the company party; and YXU twelve minutes away. The rates page has the figures.
The complex on a fair weekend
The Western Fair's two September weekends fill the district's streets and the complex's lot at once, and a Hard Rock guest at the fair books the fixed rate three minutes east rather than walking Dundas Street East against the crowd at 10 p.m.; the events article has the fair's gates.
