Party bus and limo bus rental in London, Ontario from LondonLimo.net is a 16- to 30-passenger limo bus with perimeter seating, sound, lighting and a washroom on the larger vehicles, driven by a licensed and screened chauffeur, booked by the hour for a group night out, a bachelor or bachelorette party, a milestone birthday, a brewery or winery crawl, a Knights game or concert at Canada Life Place, a casino run to Point Edward or a Christmas lights tour. Planning figure $190-290 per hour with a four- to five-hour minimum, quoted in writing; the buses are fulfilled through our vetted London partner fleet contracted to our published standard, and the rules on alcohol are the ones Ontario sets. For eight to ten, the stretch limousine; for fourteen with seatbelts, our own Sprinter.
What a limo bus is for
A limo bus solves the problem a group of twenty has every time it goes out: how to get everyone from Byron and Masonville and Old South to the same place at the same time, move between three venues over five hours, and get everyone home without a designated driver, a fleet of rideshares that surge at midnight, or a taxi rank on Richmond Street at closing. The bus is the venue between the venues: the group is together, the music is theirs, the drinks are legal if everyone is of age, and the chauffeur handles the doors, the route, the parking and the hour. London's party-bus market has served stags, stagettes and birthdays for years; what LondonLimo.net adds is the standard - a written quote, a licensed chauffeur whose name you have the night before, an inspected and insured vehicle, and a desk that answers at 1 a.m.

The nights it is booked for
Bachelor and bachelorette parties: the house, dinner, three bars on Richmond Row, the after-hours and every door. Milestone birthdays: the thirtieth in the city, the fortieth at the wineries, the fiftieth at the casino. The office night: twenty colleagues to a Knights game and back to the pub. The brewery crawl: Forked River, Anderson, London Brewing and the taprooms, with the bus as the designated driver. The Christmas lights tour through Old South, Byron and the parks in December with hot chocolate aboard. Halloween on Richmond Row. The Western formal, the grad-house send-off, the reunion. And the wedding party that wants a bus rather than a stretch for the day.

Alcohol on a party bus, and Ontario's rules
Passengers who are nineteen and over may bring and consume their own alcohol aboard a limo bus only where the vehicle and the operator hold the licences Ontario requires and the partner's rules allow it; the quote states the position for the vehicle you are booking, and the chauffeur enforces it. No alcohol for anyone under nineteen, ever. No glass where the vehicle prohibits it. No alcohol leaves the bus at a venue. The chauffeur may refuse to board or continue with a passenger who is a danger to themselves or the group, and will call the booking contact if that happens. The AGCO sets the rules; we follow them and say so before you book, because a bus that is stopped is an evening ended.
The chauffeur, the route and the hour
The chauffeur has the itinerary from the booking contact: the pickup addresses in order, the venues, the timings, the final drops. Between venues the bus waits nearby, reachable by text, and moves when the group is ready; the fifteen-minute blocks after the minimum are counted honestly. The chauffeur knows where a 30-foot vehicle can stop on Richmond Row and where it cannot, which venues have a loading zone and which need a walk, and how long the last drop-off round in Byron, Westmount and Lambeth takes at 2 a.m. The night ends when the last passenger is at their door.
Brewery, winery and casino runs by bus
Six or more hours on the road with stops is where the bus earns its rate: the Essex County and Pelee Island wineries from London for the day, the Niagara bench, London's breweries in an afternoon, or the casino at Point Edward or Caesars Windsor for an evening. The chauffeur plans the stops, the group keeps the drinks aboard, and the return is whenever the last table closes.

Weddings, proms and the events that need two buses
A wedding party of twenty that wants the bus for the day, with a stretch for the couple; a prom group of thirty, booked by parents, with the itinerary and the alcohol rules that apply under nineteen; a corporate night out for fifty that needs two buses on one plan - each is quoted in writing by the desk with a lead chauffeur and a manifest. The group transportation page covers the coaches for larger numbers.
What the bus includes, and what it does not
Included: the vehicle with its sound system, lighting, coolers or a bar, the chauffeur, fuel, gratuity and the hours on the quote. Not included: drinks, venue cover charges, parking fees at venues that charge for a bus, damage or cleaning beyond normal use, which is charged at cost and stated on the quote, and time beyond the booking, charged at the hourly rate in fifteen-minute blocks. A deposit holds the vehicle; the balance is due before the night; the cancellation policy is the site's - 72, 48 and 24 hours at 10, 50 and 100 per cent - with peak dates stated on the quote.
Booking it
Send the date, the group size, the pickup areas and the rough plan to the desk or WhatsApp; the written quote names the vehicle, the hours, the minimum, the alcohol position for that vehicle and the total. Sprinters for fourteen with forward seats and belts - the right vehicle for a group that wants to arrive together rather than party aboard - can be booked instantly on the engine by the hour.
Three bus bookings, as they actually ran
A stagette, Saturday. A 20-passenger limo bus from a house in Westmount at 6, dinner on Richmond Row, three bars, an after-hours in the east end, and twelve front doors by 2:30. Six and a half hours, one fare split twenty ways.
A fortieth, June. A 24-passenger bus from Old South at 11 a.m. to four Essex County wineries and lunch, home at 8. Nine hours, the wine aboard on the way home, nobody drove.
An office, December. Two 30-passenger buses for a Christmas lights tour through Old South and Byron with hot chocolate, ending at a downtown restaurant, then home in two loops. Booked on the corporate account; one invoice.
Planning figures. Prices are LondonLimo.net planning ranges before HST, quoted in writing per booking. Party buses, limo buses and stretch limousines are fulfilled through vetted London partner operators contracted to our published standard; the alcohol position for each vehicle is stated on the quote and follows AGCO rules. Venue names describe where we drive and imply no affiliation.
London's night-out geography, from the driver's seat
Richmond Row between Oxford and Dundas is the strip: bars, restaurants, patios in summer, and a street where a 30-foot bus stops only at the loading zones the chauffeur knows. The core around Dundas Place and Covent Garden Market has the restaurants and the Canada Life Place crowd on game nights; the east end has the after-hours; Wortley Village and Old South have the quieter dinners; Hyde Park, Byron and Masonville are where the group lives. A night that moves between them needs a vehicle and a chauffeur who know the loading zones, the one-way streets around the market, and where the taxi rank blocks the curb at closing.
Breweries, taprooms and the tasting-room rules
London's craft breweries - Forked River, Anderson Craft Ales, London Brewing and the taprooms along the east end - make an afternoon crawl the most-booked daytime bus in the city. Tasting rooms have their own rules on groups and on hours; the chauffeur books ahead where a room asks for it, and the bus waits outside with the drinks aboard for the ride between stops. The wine, brewery and distillery tours page has the routes.
Sports, concerts and the arena night
Twenty colleagues to a Knights game or a concert at Canada Life Place, collected from three offices and delivered to the door on Dundas, then to a pub and home; the Western Mustangs homecoming game at Western Alumni Stadium; a bus to Toronto for a Leafs, Raptors or Jays game, or to Detroit for the Lions. The concerts, sports and events page prices the runs; the bus makes the group a group.
Safety, capacity and the vehicle itself
Every bus in the partner fleet carries the seating capacity on its certificate and the chauffeur will not exceed it; standing room on the larger buses is for the ride between venues, not the highway. Seatbelts are provided where the vehicle has them and required on the highway runs; the Highway Traffic Act applies aboard as it does anywhere. The bus is inspected on the Ontario commercial schedule, insured for hire, and cleaned between bookings; if a group leaves it in a state that needs more than cleaning, that is charged at cost and stated on the quote before anyone boards.
A bus versus several cars
For twenty people a limo bus at a planning figure of $190-240 per hour for five hours is roughly $50-60 a head before HST - less than two rideshares each way at midnight surge, with the group together, the drinks legal aboard where the vehicle allows, and a chauffeur who knows every address. For eight people the stretch is cheaper; for fourteen who want belts, the Sprinter; for a group that simply wants to arrive together in comfort with no party aboard, two SUVs by the hour. The desk will tell you which.
Booking checklist for the organiser
The date; the group size and whether everyone is nineteen or over; the pickup addresses in order and the first pickup time; the venues and the rough timings; the last drop-off area; the organiser's mobile and a second contact; whether the group wants alcohol aboard, so the quote can state which vehicles allow it; and any special requests - a birthday banner, a stop for photographs, a cake aboard. With that on one message to the desk or WhatsApp the written quote comes back the same day, and a deposit holds the bus.
