A black car from London, Ontario to Toronto Pearson is a planning figure of $295-345 plus HST for a business sedan, $345-395 for an executive SUV and $545-645 for a fourteen-seat Sprinter, one way, with the chauffeur's time both ways, the fuel, the tolls, the airport fees, flight tracking and waiting on a late flight included. In the city, a sedan is $40-70 between any two addresses; by the hour, a sedan is $95-115 with a three-hour minimum, an SUV $115-135, a Sprinter $145-175, and through our partner fleet a stretch limousine $150-220 and a party bus $190-290. Every figure here is a planning range checked against what the London market charges; the reservation engine quotes the exact fixed price for your addresses, date and vehicle before you confirm, and that price is the price charged.
How to read this page
The figures are ranges because the exact price depends on the address at each end, the date, the time and the vehicle class; a pickup in Lambeth is a few dollars more than one downtown, a 4 a.m. pickup carries a small early-hours premium, and a long weekend is busier than a Tuesday. The engine resolves all of it into one fixed number before you confirm. The ranges are published so that a family, a travel manager or a wedding planner can budget before they book, and so that the number on the engine makes sense when it appears. Nothing is added afterwards.

Planning figures before HST, one way, from a London address. The Pearson page, the airports hub and the destinations hub have each route in detail, and the London to Pearson cost guide breaks the flagship fare down line by line.

Hourly rates by vehicle class
| Vehicle class | Hourly rate | Minimum |
|---|---|---|
| Business sedan | $95-115 / h | 3 h |
| Luxury sedan | $135-165 / h | 3 h |
| Executive SUV | $115-135 / h | 3 h |
| Luxury van | $120-140 / h | 3 h |
| Executive Sprinter | $145-175 / h | 4 h |
| Stretch limousine | $150-220 / h | 4 h (partner fleet) |
| Limo bus / party bus | $190-290 / h | 4-5 h (partner fleet) |
| Minicoach / coach | quoted per day | 5 h (partner fleet) |
Hourly bookings include the chauffeur, the vehicle, fuel, unlimited stops and waiting within the booked hours; the minimum is the smallest booking the class takes, and time beyond it is billed in half-hour increments. The hourly page explains when an hourly booking beats two fixed rates - three stops or more, usually - and the wedding, prom, wine tour and party bus pages have the occasion's typical hours.

Business sedan planning figures before HST; an executive SUV is roughly 20 to 30 percent more, a luxury sedan 40 to 50 percent more. The neighbourhoods page has the drive times from every part of the city, and a stop of up to fifteen minutes is included on any fixed-rate journey.
What is inside the fare
A fixed-rate fare includes the chauffeur's time for the whole journey and the return to base; the vehicle, its insurance, its maintenance and its detailing; fuel; the tolls the chauffeur chooses to use, including the 407 when it saves time; airport and terminal access fees; flight tracking and waiting on a late flight; a stop of up to fifteen minutes; water, chargers and Wi-Fi in the cabin; the desk's work; and, on every booking, the gratuity - there is nothing to add at the door, and the etiquette guide explains. HST is added at the Ontario rate and shown on the receipt.
What is not inside the fare
Parking at a destination that charges while the chauffeur waits on an hourly booking; tolls on a route the passenger specifically directs; waiting beyond the allowance on a fixed-rate booking - thirty minutes at an address, sixty minutes after a domestic flight lands and ninety after an international one; stops added on the day beyond the fifteen-minute allowance; the border's fees on a cross-border run where they apply; and cleaning after damage or soiling. Each is charged at cost or at the published rate, itemised on the receipt, and the revised total is shown before it is applied.

Why the Pearson run costs what it does
A London-to-Pearson fare is four hours of a chauffeur's time - two hours there and two back - in a vehicle that costs what a late-model Cadillac or Escalade costs to own, insure commercially, fuel and maintain, plus the 407's toll when the 401 is slow, Pearson's commercial access fee, and the desk that tracks the flight and moves the pickup when the flight moves. The London market charges $220 for a taxi-limo without those things and $310 plus HST for a sedan with them; our planning figure of $295-345 sits where the standard we publish sits, and the cost guide lays the arithmetic out.
How we compare, honestly
For one person with a backpack and a flexible afternoon, the VIA train from London to Union Station and the UP Express to Pearson is cheaper. For a family of four with luggage, a fixed departure and a 6 a.m. flight, the sedan or the SUV is cheaper than two shuttle fares plus the taxi to the shuttle stop, and immeasurably cheaper than the missed flight; rideshare from London to Pearson is priced dynamically and is rarely available for the return at midnight. The comparison guide does the arithmetic route by route.
Corporate and volume rates
A corporate account books at the engine's fixed rates from the first day and receives volume terms in writing after the first quarter - a rebate, a preferred rate on the routes the company books most, an hourly rate for the site day. There is no fee and no minimum.
Deposits, payment and cancellation
A card is taken at booking and charged at the fixed price; corporate accounts are invoiced monthly; partner-fleet bookings - stretch limousines, party buses, coaches - take a deposit at booking and the balance before the date. Cancellation is free more than 72 hours before the pickup, 10 percent of the fare within 72 hours, 50 percent within 48 hours and the full fare within 24 hours or for a no-show; a flight cancelled by the airline is rebooked without a fee; and the terms state all of it.
Weddings, proms and the partner fleet
A wedding's stretch limousine is booked by the hour with a four-hour minimum through our partner fleet at $150-220 an hour, with the SUV for the luggage and the Sprinter or coach for the guests quoted from the itinerary; a prom group's stretch or party bus is the same hourly logic with a parent's rules applied; the wedding page and the prom page have the typical hours and the fleet page the vehicles.
Three quotes, as the engine gave them
A Byron family of four to Pearson, Tuesday 5 a.m., executive SUV. $372 plus HST, one way, with the early-hours premium included and nothing to add at the terminal.
An Old North couple to the Grand and home, Saturday. Two fixed rates of $46 and $48 plus HST, the return moved by text at curtain-down.
A wine tour for six, Saturday by the hour, executive SUV. Eight hours at $125 an hour, $1,000 plus HST, with every stop, the lunch wait and the drive home included.
Getting the exact price
Enter the two addresses, the date and the time on the reservation engine and the fixed price appears for each vehicle class before you confirm; for a wedding, a group, a partner-fleet vehicle or an itinerary, send the desk the details and a written quote follows. The FAQ answers the questions about waiting, stops, car seats and tips.
Planning figures. Every figure on this page is a LondonLimo.net planning range before HST, checked against the London market's published prices; the engine quotes the exact fixed price for your addresses, date and vehicle, and that quote is the price charged. Rates are reviewed twice a year and the ranges on this page are updated when they change.
Three questions the desk is asked about prices
Why is the SUV more than the sedan when the distance is the same? The vehicle costs more to own, insure and fuel, and it carries six people and six bags where the sedan carries three; on a per-passenger basis for a family it is the cheaper car. Is there a return discount? A return booked at the same time as the outbound is priced as two fixed rates, and the desk applies a round-trip figure on the Pearson run when both legs are on the same day; a corporate account's volume terms do the same for the year. Do prices change on long weekends and holidays? A small premium applies on statutory holidays and at New Year's Eve, shown on the engine before you confirm; there is never a surge.
How the ranges are set
Each range is set from what the journey costs to deliver to the published standard - the chauffeur's hours, the vehicle's cost per kilometre, the tolls and fees, the desk - and checked against what the London market publishes for the same run, so that a family comparing quotes sees a figure that is neither the cheapest taxi-limo nor the most expensive luxury operator but the price of a black car driven by a chauffeur who meets the standard. The London to Pearson cost guide is the worked example.
