Prom and graduation limo service from LondonLimo.net provides stretch limousines for eight to ten and party buses for sixteen to thirty through our vetted London partner fleet, and Sprinters and vans from our own, for prom night at London's high schools, grade-8 grads, and convocation at Western, Fanshawe, Huron and King's. A licensed, screened chauffeur follows an itinerary agreed with a parent or organiser; the rate is fixed per hour with a minimum stated on the quote, usually $150-220 per hour for a stretch and $190-290 for a party bus; and the no-alcohol rule for passengers under nineteen is absolute and enforced. June Saturdays sell out by March.
Prom night in London: how it actually works
Prom in London is a convoy. Groups of eight to twenty from Central, Beal, Saunders, Oakridge, Banting, Catholic Central, Mother Teresa, Regina Mundi, Lucas, Clarke Road, Westminster, St. Thomas Aquinas and the rest gather at one house in Byron or Masonville for photographs, ride together to the venue - often a hall, a golf club, RBC Place or a hotel ballroom - and are collected at the end for the after-party or home. The limousine is the part of the evening the group planned for months; the logistics are the part their parents planned. LondonLimo.net handles both: a vehicle that photographs well, and an itinerary with addresses, times and a named adult contact that the chauffeur follows to the minute.
| Group size | Vehicle | Planning figure | Minimum |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3 | Luxury sedan - the quiet couple | $135-165 / h | 3 h |
| up to 6 | Executive SUV or luxury van | $115-140 / h | 3 h |
| 8-10 | Stretch limousine (partner fleet) | $150-220 / h | 4 h |
| up to 14 | Executive Sprinter | $145-175 / h | 4 h |
| 16-30 | Limo bus / party bus (partner fleet) | $190-290 / h | 4-5 h |
Prom Saturdays in May and June carry the minimum stated on the quote; figures are LondonLimo.net planning ranges before HST, quoted in writing.
The itinerary, and who signs it
Every prom booking is made by an adult - a parent or the school's organiser - who gives the chauffeur the itinerary: the pickup house and time, the photograph stop, the venue and the arrival time, the pickup time from the venue, the after-party address if there is one, and the drop-off addresses. The chauffeur follows it and does not deviate on the passengers' request; a change on the night is made by phone from the adult who booked. Every passenger's drop-off address is on the sheet, and the chauffeur confirms each one is home. That is the service parents pay for, and it is why the booking is made by them.

The no-alcohol rule, plainly
Ontario law prohibits alcohol for anyone under nineteen and prohibits open alcohol in a vehicle; our chauffeurs enforce both without exception. No alcohol is brought aboard by passengers under nineteen, none is supplied, the bar in the stretch is stocked with water and pop for prom bookings, bags may be checked at boarding, and a chauffeur who finds alcohol ends the booking at the nearest safe address with the booking adult called - no refund. Groups of nineteen and over on a graduation night are adults and are treated as any party bus booking, with the same rules on open alcohol in the vehicle that the AGCO sets. We say all this here so nobody is surprised on the night.
Photographs, and the extra half-hour
The photographs at the house before prom always take longer than the plan, and the itinerary should say so: thirty minutes at the pickup for the parents' cameras, a stop at Springbank Park or the Western campus if the group wants the classic pictures, and a chauffeur who will hold the door for as many shots as it takes. The limousine is part of the photographs; it arrives clean, with the red carpet if requested, and the chauffeur in a dark suit knows how to stay out of the frame.
Grade-8 grads, semi-formals and the younger groups
Grade-8 graduations, semi-formals and the Grade-9 dances book the same vehicles for shorter evenings - a three-hour SUV or van for six, or a stretch for ten - with a parent aboard if the school or the family wants one, and the same itinerary rules. The chauffeur will not release a passenger under sixteen to anyone but the named adult at the drop-off unless the itinerary says otherwise.
Convocation at Western, Fanshawe, Huron and King's
June and October bring the other graduation: Western's convocation at Alumni Hall, Fanshawe's at the Western Fair Agriplex, Huron's and King's own ceremonies, and Ivey's in the spring. Families fly in to Pearson and YXU, stay at the downtown hotels, and need a car for the morning - an SUV for grandparents, a van for a family of eight, a sedan for the graduate and their parents - and for the dinner after on Richmond Row or at the Idlewyld. The events calendar has the dates; the parking on campus on convocation day is the reason the car is worth it.

Safe ride home
The itinerary ends with each passenger at their own front door, in the order the booking adult gave, and the chauffeur's text to that adult when the last one is in. If the after-party is at a house, the chauffeur waits there for the agreed pickup time and takes the group home in the small hours; if the plan is for parents to collect from the venue, the chauffeur confirms the handover. Nobody drives, nobody is left waiting for a rideshare at 1 a.m. on a June Saturday when every car in London is surging, and the parents know where everyone is.
Booking, deposits and the calendar
Prom Saturdays at London's schools cluster in the last two weeks of May and the first three of June, and the stretch and party-bus fleet is finite: groups that want a specific vehicle book by March with a deposit. Send the date, the school, the group size and the rough itinerary to the desk or WhatsApp; the quote comes back in writing the same day with the vehicle, the hours and the minimum. The balance is due before the night. Cancellation follows the site policy - 72, 48 and 24 hours at 10, 50 and 100 per cent - except that prom Saturdays may carry a longer deadline stated on the quote.
What the vehicle includes
The stretch: leather seating for eight to ten, a bar stocked with water and pop, lighting, sound with a phone connection, tinted privacy glass, a red carpet on request. The party bus: perimeter seating for sixteen to thirty, standing room, sound and lighting, a washroom on the larger buses. The Sprinter: fourteen forward-facing seats with belts for everyone. Every vehicle is inspected and insured, every chauffeur is licensed and screened, and the standard applies to the partner fleet as it does to ours.
Three prom bookings, as they actually ran
Ten from Oakridge, June. A stretch from a house in Oakridge at 5:30, photographs until 6:15, a stop at Springbank Park, the venue at 7, pickup at 11:30, an after-party in Hyde Park until 2, and ten front doors by 3. Booked in March by two mothers; the itinerary had every address.
Twenty-two from Catholic Central, May. A party bus from Masonville, a photograph stop at Western, the venue downtown, and home at midnight in three drops. Bags checked at boarding; nothing found; a good night.
A family for convocation, June. An executive SUV from the Delta Armouries to Alumni Hall at 9, waiting through the ceremony on an hourly booking, photographs on the concrete beach, lunch at the Idlewyld and back to Pearson for the grandparents' 7 p.m. flight. One rate for the day.

Stretch limousines and party buses are fulfilled through vetted London partner operators contracted to our published standard. School and venue names describe where we drive and imply no affiliation.
What a chauffeur is, on prom night
A licensed professional whose name, mobile and plate the booking parent has the night before; who arrives fifteen minutes early in a dark suit; who checks the itinerary with the parent at the door; who does not take instructions from the passengers that contradict it; who watches the group at each stop; and who texts the parent when the last passenger is home. The chauffeur standard is published and it is the same for the partner fleet's stretches and buses as for our own vehicles. Ontario's rules on alcohol and driving and the Highway Traffic Act's rules on seatbelts and passenger conduct are the chauffeur's to enforce, and they do.
Schools, boards and organised prom transport
Some London schools and parent councils organise prom transport centrally - a bus from the school to the venue and back, with staff aboard - and LondonLimo.net quotes those through the group transportation desk: 24- to 56-seat coaches with a manifest, staff seats and a chauffeur briefed by the organiser. It removes the private-limousine question for families that would rather not have it, and it is often what the Thames Valley and London District Catholic boards' schools prefer for the younger grades.
Photographs at Western, Springbank and the forks
The classic London prom photograph stops - the University College tower and the concrete beach at Western, the Thames at Springbank Park, the forks at Harris Park and the steps of Museum London - each take twenty minutes with a group of ten and a parent with a camera, and the itinerary should allow for it. The chauffeur knows where the vehicle may stop at each and where a stretch cannot, and will suggest a stop the group has not thought of if the light is right.
Grad trips and the day after
A graduating class heading to Grand Bend for the day after, a group to Toronto for a concert, or a family taking the graduate to Pearson for the summer flight: the same vehicles, the same rules, quoted by the desk. The events calendar has the convocation and prom weeks; the rates page the hourly and point-to-point figures.
Booking checklist for parents
The date and the school; the number of passengers and their ages; the pickup house and time; the photograph stops; the venue and its arrival window; the pickup time from the venue; the after-party address, if any, and its end time; every drop-off address; the booking adult's mobile and a second adult's; the vehicle wanted; and any accessibility needs. With those on one page the desk quotes in writing the same day and the chauffeur has everything the night needs. Deposits are by card; balances are due before the night; the receipt goes to the booking adult.
