Party bus rental in London, Ontario through LondonLimo.net is a limo bus for sixteen to thirty passengers from the partner fleet - perimeter seating, sound, lighting and a bar area - at a planning figure of $190-290 an hour with a four-to-five-hour minimum, booked and dispatched by the London desk under the published standard, for the bachelor and bachelorette night on Richmond Row, the brewery crawl, the Kellogg Lane stag, the casino trip, the Knights game, the birthday, the prom convoy and the Niagara or Essex County winery day. Ontario's law applies in every bus - nobody under nineteen drinks, and the chauffeur enforces it - a deposit is taken at booking, and the party bus page has the service; this article is what to know before you book, from the desk that takes the bookings.
What the bus is
A converted coach or a purpose-built limo bus with bench seating around the walls, a sound system with a phone input, LED and fibre lighting, a bar counter with ice wells and cup holders, a washroom on the larger buses, and a chauffeur who holds the commercial licence the bus needs; the partner fleet's buses carry sixteen, twenty-two or thirty by model, and the fleet page says which is whose. The bus is the partner's, the booking and the dispatch are ours, and the standard is the same.

The rate, the minimum and the hours
$190-290 an hour by the bus's size, a four-hour minimum for the smaller buses and five for the thirty-seat, billing in half-hour increments beyond, and the clock starting at the first pickup and ending at the last drop; a bus that is released early is billed to the minimum. The rates page has the hourly table.

Ontario's rules, in the bus
The AGCO's rules and the Liquor Licence and Control Act apply to a limo bus: passengers of legal age may bring their own alcohol and consume it in the bus's passenger area, the chauffeur does not serve it, nobody under nineteen drinks, open alcohol does not leave the bus at a stop, and a passenger who is drunk to the point of danger is not carried. The chauffeur enforces all of it, and a group that does not want the rules should not book the bus.
The route: the Row, the breweries, Kellogg Lane
Richmond Row's bars between Oxford and Central with the bus parked on a side street; the breweries - Toboggan, Anderson, Forked River - with the bus outside each; Kellogg Lane's axe-throwing, distillery and the Hard Rock's bars; the desk plans the stops in the order the traffic and the closing times allow, and the bachelor and bachelorette article has the night in detail.
The route: the casino, the Knights, the wineries
Gateway Casinos London at the Western Fair District, or Caesars Windsor two hours west; the Knights at Canada Life Place with the bus at an agreed corner; the Niagara or Essex County wineries for a day; the casino trips page, the concerts and sports page and the wine tour page have each.
The pickup and the drops
One pickup address or several; the group's addresses in the order the desk plans; the last drop at each passenger's own door or at one address the organiser names; and a bus that cannot enter a cul-de-sac or a private lane meets the group at the nearest corner, which the desk says at booking. The neighbourhoods page has the city.
The deposit, the balance and the cleaning
A deposit at booking and the balance before the date; the cancellation terms on the quote; and a cleaning charge after damage or soiling at the rate the terms state, which a group that treats the bus as a bus never sees. The desk explains all three before it takes the card.
What the desk asks
The date and the hours; the organiser's name and card; the number of passengers and their ages; the pickup address and the drops; the stops in order; whether alcohol will be aboard; the occasion; and a phone number for the organiser and one for the chauffeur's texts. A bus for a group with passengers under nineteen is booked on the prom page's rules.
The alternatives
An executive SUV for six at $115-135 an hour, a Sprinter for fourteen at $145-175 - quieter, with a table and Wi-Fi rather than lights and a bar - and the partner fleet's stretch for eight to ten at $150-220; the fleet page has each, and the desk says honestly which fits the group and the night.
Three bus nights, as they went
A bachelorette for sixteen, June. Byron at 7; the Row's patios at 7:30; Kellogg Lane's axe-throwing at 9; the Row again at 10:30; the last door at 1:30. Six and a half hours; $1,300 plus HST; the rules kept.
A brewery crawl for twenty-two, October. Masonville at 2; Toboggan, Anderson and Forked River; the Hard Rock's bar at 6; dinner in the Old East Village; home at 9. Seven hours.
A casino night for twenty-four, March. Westmount at 6 p.m.; Caesars Windsor at 8; the return at 1 a.m. with the bus waiting; home at 3. Nine hours through the partner fleet.
Booking it
The bus is one email or call to the desk with the date, the hours, the numbers, the stops and the organiser's card; a written quote follows; the party bus page has the service and the fleet page the buses.
Three questions organisers ask
Can we bring our own music? Yes - a phone on the bus's input, and the chauffeur sets the volume to the level the law and the neighbours at the drops allow.
Can we bring food? Yes, within reason - a cake, snacks, a cooler - and the cleaning charge applies only to soiling the bus's crew cannot vacuum away.
Can we smoke or vape aboard? No - Ontario's Smoke-Free Ontario Act applies to a commercial vehicle with passengers, and the chauffeur enforces it at the stops as well. The FAQ has the rest.
The sixteen-passenger bus
The smallest bus in the partner fleet seats sixteen on perimeter benches with a bar counter along one side, LED lighting and a sound system, at $190-220 an hour with a four-hour minimum; it fits a bachelorette of fourteen with room to move, a birthday of twelve, or a prom convoy of sixteen on the prom page's rules.
The twenty-two
The mid-size bus seats twenty-two with a washroom on some models, at $220-260 an hour, and is the brewery crawl's bus, the Knights group's and the stag's; it enters the Row's side streets, Kellogg Lane's loading zone and the breweries' lots, and the limo bus article has the sizes side by side.
The thirty
The largest seats thirty with a washroom, at $260-290 an hour and a five-hour minimum, for the corporate party, the reunion, the wine day and the Windsor casino run; it needs a corner rather than a cul-de-sac and a curb of its own length, and drives the 401 at a coach's pace. The group transportation page has the coach for anything larger.
The route's order, and why
The desk plans Kellogg Lane before the Row because the axe-throwing lanes and the distillery close before the bars do; the breweries before either because their taprooms close at 10 or 11; the photograph stop first because everyone looks their best; the casino last because the tables do not close. The bachelor and bachelorette article has the Row's night in order.
The stops the bus cannot make
A bus does not enter Wortley Village's narrowest streets, a downtown alley, a private lane without a turning circle, or a residential cul-de-sac; it meets the group at the nearest corner the desk names at booking, and the chauffeur walks the group the last fifty metres if the night calls for it. The neighbourhoods page has the streets.
The headcount, and the last drop
The chauffeur counts the group aboard at every stop against the booking's list, calls a missing passenger, waits fifteen minutes before the organiser decides, and drops each passenger at their own door with the organiser texted at the last; nobody is left anywhere, by the desk's rule.
The deposit, in detail
A third at booking, the balance before the date, the cancellation terms on the quote; a group that shrinks from twenty-two to sixteen keeps the twenty-two-passenger bus at its rate or moves to the sixteen if the fleet has one; a group that grows moves up. The terms page has the general scale and the quote the bus's.
Booking checklist for the organiser
The date and the hours; the passengers and their ages; the pickup address and the drops; the stops in order; whether alcohol will be aboard; the occasion; the organiser's card and phone; and a second phone for the chauffeur's texts. Eight lines to the desk and the written quote comes back within a working day.
The honest summary
A party bus is a bus with lights and a bar, rules that are the province's, a chauffeur who keeps them and a desk that plans the route; the party bus page has the service and the rates page the hourly figures.
A worked example: the bus that shrank
An organiser booked the twenty-two-passenger bus for a bachelorette of twenty in June and three guests dropped out the week before; the desk offered the sixteen at its lower rate because the fleet had one free that Saturday, the organiser took it, and the night ran the same route - Byron, the concrete beach, Kellogg Lane, the Row, the corner at 1 - at $1,250 plus HST rather than $1,450. A group that grows moves up the same way where the fleet allows, and the limo bus article has the sizes.
The desk's rule of thumb
Sixteen, twenty-two or thirty by the group's size; four to five hours minimum; one pickup; the stops in the desk's order; alcohol for legal-age passengers only and none leaving the bus; a corner rather than a cul-de-sac; and March for a summer Saturday. The party bus page has the service.
