LondonLimo.net's own chauffeurs and fleet serve London, Southwestern Ontario, Toronto and the border; the stretch limousines, party buses and coaches are fulfilled through London-area partner operators, and the airports beyond Ontario - Ottawa, Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Halifax - through network operators vetted through the LimousineWorldwide.Directory and bound by the LimousineAssociation.International's standards, each of which accepts our written chauffeur standard and fleet specification as a condition of the work. The travel desk works with BookingWorldwide.net, and the sibling chauffeur companies listed below share the reservation engine and the standard. This page explains what each does, how a partner or a network operator is accepted, and how an operator or a chauffeur can join.
How a partner or a network operator is accepted
An operator is first a member of the directory, which requires licensing, commercial passenger insurance and a vehicle standard as a condition of listing. LondonLimo.net then reviews the operator's fleet, chauffeur screening, dispatch and conduct record, and the operator signs our standard: the vehicle classes and their condition, the chauffeur licensing, screening, training, conduct and confidentiality, the airport procedure, the waiting rules and the fixed-rate structure. The first bookings are checked by the desk through the confirmations and the passengers' feedback; an operator that falls short is given one written notice and then replaced. The fleet page says which vehicles are partners' and the airports hub which airports are the network's.
Why a network rather than a franchise
A franchise sells a name; a network buys a standard. LondonLimo.net does not license its name to operators elsewhere; it contracts operators who already run to a standard to fulfil its bookings under its dispatch, on its reservation engine and to its written rules, and it says so on every page where a partner or a network operator is involved. The passenger books one company and, if the network is doing its job, cannot tell from the service which chauffeur is whose. The about page describes the company; the chauffeurs page the standard the contract incorporates.
Working with LondonLimo.net
London-area operators with stretch limousines, buses or coaches who want to fulfil our bookings, operators in other Canadian cities who want to serve our passengers at their airport, and chauffeurs who want to join a roster, apply through the directory and the contact page. The requirements are those on the chauffeurs page and the fleet page; induction on the standard is provided; the work is the bookings described on this site. Hotels, travel agencies and corporate travel arrangers who want to book for their guests open an account through the contact page.
