London, Ontario's venues are a short list the chauffeurs know door by door: Canada Life Place at King and Talbot for the London Knights, the Lightning and the arena concerts; RBC Place London on York Street for the conventions, trade shows and galas; the Grand Theatre on Richmond Street; Centennial Hall on Wellington Street for the orchestra and the touring shows; London Music Hall and Rum Runners on Queens Avenue for the club shows; Aeolian Hall on Dundas Street East for the recitals; the Western Fair District's Agriplex, Raceway and the Grove on Dundas Street East; Labatt Memorial Park by the forks for the Majors; Western Alumni Stadium, TD Stadium and Alumni Hall on the campus; and the hotel ballrooms. Each has a drop-off the chauffeur uses and a parking garage that fills an hour before the doors, and LondonLimo.net's concerts, sports and events service prices the evening as two fixed-rate journeys with the return moved by text, or by the hour. This page is the venues as the chauffeurs drive them.
Why the venue night is a chauffeur's night
A venue night has a fixed start, a garage that is full by then, a street that may be closed, a crowd leaving at once and a rideshare price that triples at the horn; the chauffeured car reverses each of those - a door drop at the booked minute, no garage, the closure known, a car waiting three blocks away, and a rate fixed at lunchtime. The comparison guide does the arithmetic; this page does the doors.

Canada Life Place
The arena at King and Talbot seats about nine thousand for hockey and more for concerts, with the Knights from September to the playoffs, the Lightning's basketball, the arena tours between Toronto and Detroit, the family shows and the graduation ceremonies. The King Street entrance faces the market and the Dundas Street entrance faces the core; the chauffeur drops at whichever the tickets name, the garages on Talbot, King and Richmond fill by 6:30 for a 7 o'clock game, and the return is from an agreed corner - Talbot and King is the chauffeurs' usual - moved by text at the final horn. The events page has the season; the concerts and sports page the group version by Sprinter.

RBC Place London
RBC Place on York Street is the convention centre for the trade shows, the conferences, the hospital foundations' galas, the chamber's awards, the political conventions and the large weddings; the York Street entrance has a drop-off loop that the gala nights fill with limousines, and the chauffeur uses it early or drops at the Wellington Street corner. A conference's delegates arrive from Pearson and the hotels next door; a gala's table books a Sprinter from the host's home and back at midnight, as the corporate page describes.
The Grand Theatre
The Grand on Richmond Street is the professional theatre with a season from October to May on its main stage and the Auburn stage; the Richmond Street front has a short loading zone the chauffeur uses for the drop, the parking is the Talbot Street garage, and the return is from the front at curtain-down. A theatre evening is dinner on Richmond Row first and the car for both, or a night by the hour with the chauffeur waiting.
Centennial Hall, London Music Hall, Rum Runners and Aeolian Hall
Centennial Hall on Wellington Street at Victoria Park hosts the orchestra, the touring musicals and the comedy; London Music Hall and Rum Runners on Queens Avenue are the club-scale concert venues with the touring bands and the late doors; Aeolian Hall on Dundas Street East is the recital hall in the old town hall with the acoustic and the world-music shows. Each has a front-door drop and a return from the same door at a time moved by text; a Music Hall night ends after 11 and the party bus page has the group version.
The Western Fair District
The Western Fair District on Dundas Street East is the fairgrounds: the Agriplex for the trade shows, the home shows and Fanshawe's convocation; the Raceway for harness racing; the Grove for concerts and events; the market on Saturdays; the sports centre's rinks; and the Western Fair itself for ten September days. The gates on Dundas Street East, King Street and Florence Street open by event, the lots fill for the fair and the big shows, and the chauffeur drops at the gate the tickets name and collects from the same one.

Labatt Memorial Park
Labatt Memorial Park on Riverside Drive at the forks, the oldest continuously operating baseball grounds in the world, hosts the London Majors from May to August and the tournaments; the Riverside Drive drop is at the gate, the lot is small, and a family's game night is two fixed rates or an evening by the hour.
Western Alumni Stadium, TD Stadium, Alumni Hall and the campus venues
Western Alumni Stadium hosts the Mustangs' football and Homecoming's game, TD Stadium the track and the soccer, Alumni Hall the convocations, the concerts and the basketball, and the Paul Davenport Theatre and the Don Wright Faculty of Music's halls the recitals; the campus's event parking closes for Homecoming and the convocations, and the universities page has the campus drops.
The hotel ballrooms and the private venues
The Delta Armouries' ballroom, the DoubleTree's conference floor, the Lamplighter's halls, Windermere Manor's and the Idlewyld's dining rooms, the golf clubs' clubhouses, the Museum London terrace, the Elsie Perrin Williams estate and the barns and vineyards outside the city host the weddings, the galas and the corporate dinners; the hotels page has the hotels, the wedding page the wedding venues, and the corporate page the gala table.
Beyond London: the Toronto, Detroit and Hamilton arenas
For Scotiabank Arena, the Rogers Centre and BMO Field in Toronto, Ford Field, Comerica Park and Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, and FirstOntario Centre in Hamilton, the Toronto, Detroit and Hamilton pages price the evening from London with the chauffeur waiting through the game, and the concerts, sports and events page explains the group version.
Street closures and the venue nights that need a plan
Sunfest, Home County, Rock the Park, the Pride and Santa Claus parades, the Western Fair's weekends and the Homecoming game close streets around the venues, and the events page lists which; the chauffeur reads the City's closure notices each week and agrees a pickup corner with the passenger before the drop.
Three venue nights, as they actually ran
A Knights game, November. A luxury sedan for a couple from Sunningdale to the King Street door at 6:35, the chauffeur waiting at the Talbot garage, and home twelve minutes after the horn. Two fixed rates.
A hospital gala at RBC Place, May. A Sprinter for a table of ten from three Old North addresses to the York Street loop at 6, and home from the same loop at 12:15. By the hour, one invoice to the host.
A Music Hall concert, March. An executive SUV for six friends from Byron to Queens Avenue at 8, and a pickup at 11:40 from the corner of Queens and Clarence, agreed at the drop. Two fixed rates.
Booking it
An event evening is two fixed-rate journeys on the reservation engine - the outbound and a return you move by text - or an evening by the hour; groups and gala tables are quoted by the desk. The rates page has the in-city figures.
Planning figures and closures. Rates are LondonLimo.net planning ranges before HST; the engine quotes the exact addresses, date and vehicle. Venue names describe where we drive and imply no affiliation or ticket access; each venue's own site publishes its doors, bag policies and event parking, and the City publishes the street closures.
Three questions the desk is asked about venue nights
How far away does the chauffeur wait? Within four or five minutes of the door - the Talbot Street garage for the arena, the King Street garage for RBC Place and the Grand, the Wellington Street lots for Centennial Hall - and a text brings the car to the agreed corner. Can we go on somewhere after? Yes - a fixed-rate return can become an hourly booking on the night by text, and the Row, the Village and the late bars are the chauffeur's next stop. Are tickets included? No - the venue sells the tickets; the travel desk will buy them as an agent for a client who asks, and the group transportation page covers a company's box.
The venues from the car
The arena's glass front at King and Talbot with the market across the street, the convention centre's York Street loop with the DoubleTree beside it, the Grand's marquee on Richmond Row among the restaurants, Centennial Hall's low block facing Victoria Park, the Music Hall's and Rum Runners' doors on Queens Avenue with the queue along the sidewalk, Aeolian Hall's old town hall on Dundas East, the fairgrounds' gates and grandstand, the ballpark's green at the forks, and the stadium's stands above the campus: the chauffeur drives each in a night's work, and Tourism London publishes the venues' calendars.
Booking checklist for a venue night
The venue and the door the tickets name; the event's start time; the pickup address and time; the approximate end and the pickup corner; the passengers; whether the night continues after; the household, corporate or card; and a phone number for the texts. The desk confirms in one email.
Visitors coming to London's venues from the region
A Sarnia family for a Knights game, a Kitchener company's table at an RBC Place gala, a Windsor couple for the Grand, a Stratford group for a Music Hall show: the destinations hub prices the evening from each town with the chauffeur waiting through the event, and the hotels page covers the night in the city.
100 Kellogg Lane and the Old East Village
100 Kellogg Lane, the former Kellogg's factory in the Old East Village, holds the Hard Rock Hotel, the Factory's trampoline and climbing park, the axe-throwing, the distillery, the brewery, the Hard Rock's live-music stage and the event spaces that host corporate parties, launches and the complex's own concerts; the drop is at the Kellogg Lane entrance, the lot fills on event nights, and the Western Fair District is three minutes east. A company's holiday party at Kellogg Lane by Sprinter, a family's afternoon at the Factory and a concert at the Hard Rock's stage are the bookings, and the hotels page covers the night there.
