Group and team transportation from LondonLimo.net moves fourteen to fifty-six people as one booking: our own executive Sprinters for fourteen with belts and luggage, and 24-seat minicoaches and 56-seat motorcoaches with luggage bays and a washroom through our vetted partner fleet, for sports teams and tournaments, Western, Ivey and Fanshawe groups, conferences at RBC Place, company outings and offsites, church and school trips, wedding guests and the Pearson charter for a whole group. A coordinator plans it from your schedule, quotes it in writing, assigns a lead chauffeur and keeps a manifest. Planning figures: a Sprinter $145-175 per hour or $545-645 to Pearson one way; coaches quoted per day from the schedule.
What a group needs that a fleet of cars cannot give it
A group that travels in six cars is six bookings, six drivers, six arrival times and one person with a clipboard trying to count. A group in one vehicle is a group: it leaves together, arrives together, has its bags in one bay and its coordinator's number in one chauffeur's pocket. That is the whole case for the Sprinter and the coach, and LondonLimo.net's version adds the planning - a coordinator who turns a schedule into a transport plan with timings, pickup points, a manifest and a written quote - and the standard, which means an inspected, insured vehicle and a licensed chauffeur whose name you have the night before. The Sprinters are ours; the coaches come through partner operators contracted to our published standard, and we say so.
| Group | Vehicle | Planning figure |
|---|---|---|
| up to 6 | Executive SUV or luxury van | hourly $115-140 / point-to-point rates |
| up to 14, 14 bags | Executive Sprinter, forward seats, belts | $145-175 / h (4 h min); Pearson one way $545-645 |
| 16-30, no luggage | Limo bus / party bus (partner) | $190-290 / h |
| up to 24, luggage bays | Minicoach (partner) | quoted per day |
| up to 56, luggage bays, washroom | Motorcoach (partner) | quoted per day |
| 57-200 | Multiple coaches, one lead chauffeur, one manifest | quoted per day |
LondonLimo.net planning ranges before HST; coach quotes depend on the schedule, the distance and the season and come back in writing within two working days.
Teams and tournaments
Minor hockey to a weekend tournament in Kitchener or Windsor, a Western varsity team to a game at McMaster, a club's swimmers to a meet in Toronto, a soccer academy to a showcase in Michigan: the Sprinter for fourteen with the equipment in the back, or a coach for the team, the staff and the parents, with a chauffeur who has driven to that arena and knows the loading dock. Return after the final is the part every team plan gets wrong, and the coordinator builds it with the tournament schedule rather than a guess. Clubs hold an account with standing rates for the season.

Campus groups: Western, Ivey, Fanshawe, Huron, King's
Orientation-week moves, a faculty's field trip, an Ivey cohort to a company visit in Toronto, an international delegation touring the campus, alumni weekend shuttles between the downtown hotels and Alumni Hall, a graduate class to the airport after convocation, a residence's ski trip to Blue Mountain: the university and college book Sprinters and coaches on an account with a coordinator who understands the campus calendar. The universities and colleges page has the calendar; the events page the dates.
Conferences and delegations at RBC Place and the hotels
A conference at RBC Place brings delegations into Pearson and YXU in waves, and the organiser's transport plan is the coordinator's job: coaches from Pearson timed to the arrival banks, Sprinters for the speakers, shuttles between the DoubleTree, the Delta Armouries and the convention centre through the day, a coach to the gala venue and back, and the departure waves on the last morning. One manifest, one lead chauffeur, one invoice to the conference's account. The corporate chauffeur service page describes the account structure a conference uses.
Company outings, offsites and plant tours
The department's day at a winery, the offsite at a Muskoka or Niagara resort, the customer group touring the plant in Woodstock or Cambridge, the Christmas party at a venue on the edge of the city, the company's night at a Jays game: a Sprinter or a coach on the corporate account turns the logistics into one line and removes the drink-driving question from the party. Multiple pickup points across London are collected in order.
Church, school and community trips
A parish to a pilgrimage site, a school class to the Toronto museums or Niagara, a seniors' group to the Stratford Festival, a community organisation to a rally at Queen's Park: coaches with a chauffeur who knows the venue's bus drop, seats for chaperones, a manifest for the organiser and the accessibility arrangements the group needs. Schools and boards get the vehicle's inspection and insurance documents and the chauffeur's screening on request, which the chauffeur standard makes routine.

Wedding guests and family gatherings
Sixty guests from the hotel to the ceremony to the reception and two returns at night is the coach booking that makes a wedding simple; a family reunion, a milestone birthday at a venue in the county, a funeral's mourners between the church, the cemetery and the reception are the same product. The coordinator builds the timings from the day's schedule and the chauffeur has driven the lane.
The Pearson charter
A whole group flying together - a team, a school trip, a company incentive, three families sharing a departure - fills a Sprinter at a planning figure of $545-645 to Pearson one way, under $50 a seat, or a coach for a larger group at a per-day quote that beats the shuttle for anyone with luggage. The London to Pearson page has the terminals and the flight tracking, which applies to the group's return as it does to a sedan.
How a group booking is planned
Send the coordinator the schedule: dates, pickup points, destinations, timings, numbers, luggage, accessibility needs and the organiser's contacts. The plan comes back within two working days with vehicles, timings, the buffer for the season and the total; you adjust, it is re-quoted; a deposit holds the vehicles; the balance is due before the day; the manifest is agreed a week out; the lead chauffeur calls the organiser the day before. On the day the organiser has one number to call and the chauffeur has one to answer.
What the coach includes
Reclining seats, luggage bays sized for one large case per passenger, a washroom on the motorcoaches, climate control, power at the seats on the newer vehicles, a PA for the organiser, and a chauffeur who loads the bays. Coaches are inspected on Ontario's commercial schedule and insured for hire; the Ministry of Transportation regulates the operators and the hours a coach driver may work, which is why a long day is quoted with a second driver where the rules require one.
Accessibility
Wheelchair-accessible coaches and vans are arranged with notice through our partners; the coordinator asks about mobility, seating and the venue's accessible entrance when the plan is built. Seniors' groups and school groups with students who need assistance get a chauffeur briefed for it.
Three group bookings, as they actually ran
A conference, October. Three coaches from Pearson timed to the arrival banks for 140 delegates, Sprinters for eight speakers from YXU, hotel-to-RBC Place shuttles for three days, a coach to the gala at the Museum and back, and departure waves on the fourth morning. One manifest; one invoice.
A hockey tournament, February. A 24-seat minicoach for a minor team, staff and parents from a London arena to a Kitchener tournament Friday evening, shuttles between the hotel and two rinks Saturday, and home Sunday after a final that ran to a shootout. Quoted from the tournament schedule.
A department's day, June. A Sprinter for fourteen from an office on Wellington Road to three Essex County wineries and lunch, home by 7. Ten hours on the corporate account.
Planning figures. Rates are LondonLimo.net planning ranges before HST; coaches are quoted in writing from the schedule. Minicoaches, motorcoaches and limo buses are fulfilled through vetted partner operators contracted to our published standard; Sprinters, vans and SUVs are our own. Venue and institution names describe where we drive and imply no affiliation.
Multiple pickup points across the city
A group rarely starts in one place: the coordinator plans the pickup sequence - Byron, Westmount, Masonville, the office on Wellington Road, the campus - with the times for each, and the chauffeur collects in order. The organiser receives the sequence and the times; each passenger receives their own. The reverse sequence brings everyone home; on a late night the chauffeur confirms each drop with the organiser by text. The neighbourhoods page describes the city as the chauffeurs drive it.
Luggage, equipment and the things groups carry
Hockey bags and sticks, golf clubs, band instruments, trade-show displays, a wedding's flowers and cake, a school trip's coolers: the Sprinter's rear bay takes fourteen cases or a team's equipment with the seats full; the coaches' underfloor bays take a large case per passenger and the oversized items with notice. The coordinator asks what the group carries and sends the vehicle that takes it, rather than discovering at the curb that it does not.
Long days, second drivers and overnight programmes
Ontario's hours-of-service rules limit how long a coach driver may work, and a long day - a 6 a.m. departure for a Toronto event and a midnight return - is quoted with a second driver or a rest stop where the rules require it; multi-day trips to Ottawa, Quebec or the United States include the driver's accommodation in the quote. A Sprinter, driven by a chauffeur under the same standard, follows the same limits. The terms set out the deposit, cancellation and change rules for group bookings.
The alternatives, honestly
For a group with no luggage on a weekday to downtown Toronto, VIA Rail's group fares are good value station to station. For a school trip on a fixed route, the board's own coach contract may be cheaper. For everything that starts at a door and ends at another, at an hour the timetable does not serve, with equipment, or with a return that depends on a final whistle, the Sprinter or the coach is the answer, and the coordinator will say which in a phone call.
Three more, briefly
A church, May. A 56-seat coach from a parish in Old East to a shrine near Midland and back, with a stop for lunch, quoted with the day's hours and the driver's rest. A residence, February. Two Sprinters from Western to Blue Mountain for a ski day with the equipment in the bays. A funeral, March. A minicoach for mourners between a church in Old South, the cemetery and a reception, unhurried and unmarked, arranged by the desk the day before.
