LondonLimo.net runs its airport limo service at 15 international airports, each with its own page describing the terminals, the exact meeting point, the drive, the winter and three pickups as they actually ran. Eight are driven by our own London chauffeurs: London International (YXU), Toronto Pearson (YYZ), Billy Bishop (YTZ), Hamilton (YHM), Waterloo (YKF), Windsor (YQG), Detroit Metro (DTW) and Buffalo (BUF). Seven are served through our directory-vetted network on the same account, with a London passenger met at the far end by a network operator's chauffeur contracted to our standard: Ottawa, Montreal-Trudeau, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg and Halifax. Every pickup is flight-tracked, met with a name board and priced as a fixed fare.
The eight we drive ourselves
From London, the Pearson run is the flagship - 190 kilometres, two hours, the fare explained in the cost guide; YXU is fifteen minutes from downtown; Hamilton, Waterloo and Windsor are the alternatives when their flights fit; Billy Bishop is the downtown Toronto option; and Detroit and Buffalo are the US fares with the border in the drive. Each page has the terminal, the meeting spot, the timing rules and the winter.
The seven in the network
A London passenger flying to Ottawa, Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg or Halifax books the car at the far end on the same engine, and is met there by a chauffeur from a network operator vetted through the LimousineWorldwide.Directory, contracted to our written standard and dispatched by our London desk; each of those pages says so plainly and describes the far airport, its terminal and its drive to the city. The network page explains how an operator is vetted.
What every airport page covers
The terminals and which airlines use them; where the chauffeur stands for the meet; the drive and its timing; the private terminal and the FBO; the vehicles that suit the run; the winter; the honest alternatives - the shuttle, the train, the bus, the taxi rank - and when they are the better choice; what the run costs; and three real pickups. The airport pickup guide explains the procedure common to all of them, and the FBO page the private aircraft.
