London, Ontario's wedding venues cluster into a dozen the chauffeurs drive every Saturday from May to October: the Delta Armouries' ballroom downtown, the Idlewyld Inn's lawn and dining room in Old South, Windermere Manor's grounds by University Hospital, Museum London's terrace at the forks, the Elsie Perrin Williams estate's gardens, the golf clubs' clubhouses, the churches and the college chapels, 100 Kellogg Lane's event spaces, the DoubleTree's and the Lamplighter's halls, and the barns and vineyards within an hour. Each has a door for the stretch, a photograph loop the couple wants and a timing problem the wedding limousine service solves: the stretch through the partner fleet at $150-220 an hour with a four-hour minimum, the SUV for the bags, the Sprinter or coach for the guests, and a coordinator's timeline in writing months ahead. This article is the venues, one by one, with the timeline for each.
The timeline, in general
The getting-ready address at 12:30; the stretch at the door at 1:15 for a 2 p.m. ceremony; the ceremony's door; the photograph loop - University College's tower and the concrete beach, the forks, Springbank's bridges, Wortley Village's brick, the Old East Village's lanes - from 3 to 4:30; the reception's door at 5; the guests' Sprinter or coach between the hotels and the venue at 4:30 and at midnight; the couple's exit at 11:30. Five to six hours for the stretch, and the wedding page has the general timeline; each venue below changes it.

The Delta Armouries
The 1905 armoury's ballroom on Dundas Street hosts the city's largest downtown weddings, with the guests in the hotel's rooms upstairs and the DoubleTree's a block away; the stretch drops at the Dundas porte-cochere, the photograph loop runs to the forks and Victoria Park five minutes west, and the core's Saturday traffic around Canada Life Place on a game day is the timing problem the coordinator plans around. The downtown hotels article has the hotels.

The Idlewyld Inn
The Victorian mansion on Grand Avenue hosts the ceremony on the lawn and the reception in the dining rooms, and a couple who marries at the Idlewyld books the stretch for the photograph loop only - the inn's drive at 3, Wortley Village's brick and the river at Greenway Park, and back by 4:30 - with the guests walking from the Village's inns or shuttled from downtown; the hotels page has the inn.
Windermere Manor
The country house on Windermere Road hosts the ceremony on the grounds and the reception in the manor, with Western's campus five minutes south for the photographs at University College's tower and the concrete beach; the manor's June and October Saturdays fill with the convocation and Homecoming families, and the coordinator books the stretch and the campus loop a season ahead.
Museum London and the forks
The museum's terrace over the forks hosts the ceremony and the reception with the river below, the stretch drops at the Ridout door, and the photograph loop is the forks themselves - Harris Park, the bridges, Eldon House's gardens; the festival weekends in July close Ridout Street, and the events article has the closures.
The golf clubs
London Hunt, Highland, Sunningdale, FireRock and the other clubs' clubhouses host the reception with the course as the photograph, twenty to thirty minutes from downtown at the city's edges; the guests come by coach from the downtown hotels through the partner fleet, and the group transportation page has the shuttle.
The churches and the chapels
St. Peter's Cathedral Basilica and St. Paul's Cathedral downtown, the parish churches across the city, Huron's and King's chapels on the campus: the ceremony's time is fixed and the reception is elsewhere, so the stretch's timeline runs the getting-ready address, the church's front, the photograph loop and the reception's door in sequence; the King's and Huron article has the chapels.
Kellogg Lane and the hotel halls
The complex's event spaces host the reception with the Hard Rock's rooms upstairs for the guests, and the photograph loop is the Old East Village's brick lanes; the DoubleTree's and the Lamplighter's halls host the hotel wedding with the guests on site and the stretch for the ceremony and the loop. The Kellogg Lane article has the complex.
The barns and the vineyards
Bellamere's winery and event barn on the city's northwest edge, and the Middlesex and Elgin barns within an hour, host the country wedding; the guests come by coach from the city's hotels at 3:30 and go back at midnight, the couple's stretch runs the ceremony and the loop through the vines, and the wine tour page has Bellamere for the rehearsal-dinner tasting.
The guests' shuttle
A Sprinter for fourteen or a coach for forty-eight through the partner fleet between the hotels and the venue - two runs at 3:30 and 4, and two at 11:30 and midnight - with the hotels' porte-cocheres and the venue's loop known; the group transportation page has the manifest and the hotels article the clusters the guests stay in.
The couple's exit, and the honeymoon run
The stretch at the reception's door at 11:30 for the exit, or the luxury sedan to the hotel; and the run to Pearson or YXU on Sunday afternoon for the honeymoon flight, as the honeymoon article describes, on the same file.
Three weddings, as they went
The Delta Armouries, September. The stretch from a Masonville home at 1:15, St. Peter's at 2, the forks and Victoria Park for the photographs, the Delta at 5; two Sprinters between the DoubleTree and the Delta; the couple's exit at 11:30 to the hotel's own elevator.
Windermere Manor, June. The stretch from Old North at 1:30, the manor's ceremony at 2:30, University College and the concrete beach for the photographs, the manor at 5; the guests by coach from the downtown hotels; Pearson on Sunday at 2.
A Middlesex barn, August. The stretch from Byron at 1, the barn's ceremony at 2:30, the vines and the field for the photographs, the reception on site; a coach for forty from the DoubleTree at 1:30 and back at midnight.
Booking it
The wedding is one email to the desk's wedding coordinator with the date, the addresses, the times and the numbers; a timeline and a written quote follow within two working days; the wedding page has the service and the fleet page the vehicles.
Three questions the desk is asked about venues
Can the stretch get into the venue's drive? The Delta, the DoubleTree, the Lamplighter, the golf clubs and Windermere Manor have a loop or a porte-cochere that takes a stretch; the Idlewyld's drive is tight and the stretch stops on Grand Avenue; a barn's lane is gravel and the coordinator checks it in May before the August wedding. The desk asks every venue's coordinator, and says which door the stretch uses on the timeline.
What if the ceremony runs late? The photograph loop shortens, the reception's door does not move, and the chauffeur has the coordinator's number and the reception's; a run past the booked hours bills in half-hour increments at the rates page's hourly figure.
Can the stretch wait at the church? Yes, within the booked hours; the chauffeur waits at the church's front or on the nearest street, with the ribbon on and the door ready.
The Delta, in more detail
The armoury's two towers and its 1905 stone front are the photograph, the ballroom takes 350, the hotel's rooms upstairs take the guests, and the porte-cochere on Dundas takes the stretch and the Sprinter in turn; the coordinator times the stretch's arrival for the minute the ceremony ends when the ceremony is in the ballroom itself. A Knights game or a concert at Canada Life Place three blocks west fills the core's streets from 5:30 on a game night, and the Canada Life Place article has the closures.
The Idlewyld's Village
The Idlewyld is the Old South's mansion, and Wortley Village's brick storefronts, the Village's cafes and the river at Greenway Park are the loop that takes an hour and produces the photographs a couple hangs on the wall; the guests walk from the Village's inns or the desk shuttles them from downtown's hotels in a Sprinter, ten minutes each way. The neighbourhoods page has Old South.
Windermere Manor's calendar
The manor's June and October Saturdays fill with the convocation and Homecoming families as the Western article describes, and its September Saturdays with the weddings; a couple who marries at the manor books the venue eighteen months out and the stretch twelve, and the campus loop - University College's tower, the concrete beach, the Middlesex College clock - is the manor's own photograph.
The forks and the festival weekends
Museum London's terrace overlooks the forks of the Thames, Harris Park hosts the summer's festivals and the Ridout Street closures follow them: Sunfest's July weekend, Rock the Park's, Home County's; a couple who marries at the museum on a festival weekend has the stretch drop at the Dundas end of Ridout and walks the block, and the events page has the calendar. The Tourism London site publishes the festivals' dates each spring.
The golf clubs' distance
London Hunt in the northwest, Highland in the south, Sunningdale in the north, FireRock in Komoka fifteen minutes west, Forest City National in the east: twenty to thirty minutes from downtown, so the guests come by coach from the downtown hotels and the couple's stretch runs the photograph loop on the course itself, with the clubhouse's loop for the drop; a coach for forty-eight is the group transportation page's quote.
The chapels' sequence
A St. Peter's Cathedral Basilica ceremony at 2, the forks and Victoria Park for the photographs at 3, and the Delta's ballroom at 5: the sequence fits five hours exactly; a Huron chapel ceremony with the campus for the photographs and a Windermere Manor reception fits four and a half; the coordinator draws the sequence and the chauffeurs page has the standard the stretch's chauffeur works to.
Kellogg Lane's brick and the Hard Rock's rooms
The complex's event spaces and the Hard Rock's 164 rooms opened in 2025 and the Old East Village's brick lanes and murals are the photograph loop five minutes from the door; the guests stay upstairs, the couple's stretch runs the ceremony and the loop, and the after-party is in the complex's own bars. The Old East Village is the desk's favourite new photograph loop.
The barn's practicalities
A barn wedding's stretch is a decision the coordinator makes honestly: a paved lane takes the stretch, a gravel lane takes an SUV with the ribbon on and the photographs at the barn's door, and the guests' coach needs the lane's width and a turning circle at the end; the desk drives the lane in May and says so. The wine tour page has Bellamere's paved lane.
Booking checklist for the venue
The venue's name and the door the stretch uses; the ceremony's time and the reception's; the getting-ready address; the photograph loop the photographer wants; the guests' hotels and numbers; the honeymoon flight; and the coordinator's phone. Six lines to the desk and the timeline comes back within two working days.
The honest summary
Every London venue has a door, a loop and a timing problem, and the wedding coordinator has driven each of them on a Saturday; the wedding page has the service and this article the venues.
