A wedding limousine in London, Ontario costs, with LondonLimo.net, a planning figure of $150-220 an hour for a stretch limousine through the partner fleet with a four-hour minimum - $750-1,100 plus HST for a five-hour wedding day - plus $115-135 an hour for an executive SUV carrying the bridal party and the bags, $145-175 an hour for a Sprinter shuttling fourteen guests, a per-day quote for a coach carrying forty-eight, and $135-165 an hour or a fixed rate for the luxury sedan that takes the couple to the hotel at midnight. The gratuity is inside every figure, the ribbon and the water are included, the deposit is taken at booking and the balance before the day, and the wedding page has the service; this article prices the day vehicle by vehicle, with the extras and the terms, and three real weddings line by line.

The stretch, for five hours
The getting-ready address at 1:15; the ceremony at 2; the photograph loop from 3 to 4:30; the reception's door at 5 - five hours at $150-220 is $750-1,100 plus HST, with the chauffeur in a dark suit, the ribbon and the flowers on the hood if wanted, the water and the champagne glasses in the cabin, and Ontario's rules on alcohol applied; the wedding venues article has the timeline for each venue.

The SUV, for the party and the bags
A stretch's trunk takes three bags, and a bridal party's dresses in their garment bags, the shoes, the make-up cases and the emergency kit go in an executive SUV that follows the stretch or runs the parents; three hours at $115-135 is $345-405, or two fixed rates of $40-60 if the SUV runs only the ceremony and the reception. The fleet page is honest about what fits.
The Sprinter, for the guests
Fourteen guests from the DoubleTree to the venue at 3:30 and 4, and back at 11:30 and midnight: a Sprinter for four to five hours at $145-175 is $580-875, or two Sprinters for a hundred guests in shifts; the group transportation page has the manifest and the hotels article the clusters.
The coach, for the country wedding
A coach for forty-eight from the downtown hotels to a Middlesex barn at 1:30 and back at midnight is a per-day quote through the partner fleet - typically the equivalent of ten to twelve hours - and the wedding venues article has the barns.
The sedan, for the exit
The luxury sedan at the reception's door at 11:30 for the couple's exit to the hotel is a fixed rate of $50-70 or an hour of the $135-165 rate; the same sedan meets the grandparents at Pearson on Friday and takes them back on Sunday at the Pearson page's figure.
What is inside the fare
The chauffeur in a dark suit; the vehicle detailed that morning; the ribbon and the hood flowers arranged with the desk; the water, the glasses and the ice; the red carpet at the door if wanted; the champagne toast in the stretch for guests of age under Ontario's rules; the photographer's loop driven at the pace the photographs need; the gratuity. The etiquette guide has the rest.
What is not
Alcohol itself, which the couple supplies within the rules; a second photograph loop beyond the booked hours, which is billed in half-hour increments at the hourly rate; a wait at the church that runs the booking past its minimum; and, on a partner-fleet vehicle, a cleaning charge after damage or soiling as the terms state. The coordinator's quote lists the hours and the vehicles so that nothing is a surprise.
The deposit, the balance and the cancellation
A partner-fleet booking takes a deposit at booking and the balance before the date; the cancellation terms on the quote are longer than the standard 72-hour scale because the vehicles are committed for a Saturday months ahead; a postponement moves the deposit to the new date where the fleet allows. The rates page has the general scale and the quote the wedding's.
The peak-Saturday reality
The partner fleet's stretches are finite, and May to October's Saturdays - and June's convocation and October's Homecoming weekends in particular - book six to twelve months ahead; a couple who books in November for July has the vehicle they want, and a couple who books in May may not. The prom page describes the same finiteness in June.
Three weddings, priced
The Delta Armouries, September, a party of eight. The stretch, five hours at $190: $950. An SUV for the bags and the parents, two fixed rates: $110. Two Sprinters between the DoubleTree and the Delta, four hours each at $160: $1,280. The sedan's exit: $60. Total before HST: $2,400, with the gratuity inside.
Windermere Manor, June, a party of six. The stretch, five hours at $180: $900. A coach for forty-eight from the downtown hotels, per day: $1,400. The sedan's exit and the Pearson run on Sunday: $60 and $320. Total: $2,680.
A Middlesex barn, August, a party of ten. The stretch, six hours at $200: $1,200. A coach for forty, per day: $1,300. An SUV for the bags: $110. Total: $2,610.
Booking it
The wedding is one email to the desk's wedding coordinator with the date, the addresses, the times and the numbers; a timeline and a written quote follow within two working days; the wedding page has the service and the fleet page the vehicles.
Three questions the desk is asked about the price
Why is the stretch priced by the hour and the sedan by the journey? Because a stretch is committed to one wedding for the day and does nothing else, while a sedan runs a Pearson meet before the wedding's exit and a Pearson run after it; the hour is the stretch's honest unit and the fixed rate the sedan's.
Can we book the stretch for three hours? No - four is the partner fleet's minimum on a Saturday, and a couple who needs the stretch for the photograph loop only is better served by the loop in a luxury sedan at $135-165 an hour with a three-hour minimum.
Does the price go up in June? The rate does not; the availability does, and a June Saturday booked in May pays the same rate for whatever vehicle is left. The FAQ has the questions couples ask most.
The stretch's hour, line by line
A $190 hour on a stretch is the chauffeur's wage and the six hours of preparation around a five-hour booking - the detail that morning, the ribbon and the flowers, the drive to the getting-ready address, the return and the clean - plus the partner fleet's vehicle cost, the commercial insurance a stretch carries, the licence the City of London issues to it, and the gratuity; nothing in the hour is a surprise and the rates page has the classes.
The SUV's two roles
A wedding's SUV runs the bags and the bridal party's second car, or the parents and the grandparents between the hotel and the ceremony and the reception; two fixed rates at $40-60 cover the second role for a downtown wedding, and three hours by the hour cover the first; the desk says which the wedding needs, and the fleet page has the SUV's six seats and six bags.
The Sprinter's runs, timed
The first Sprinter run leaves the DoubleTree at 3:30 for a 4:30 reception drinks hour, the second at 4, the third at 11:30 and the fourth at midnight; a hundred guests in shifts of fourteen need two Sprinters and seven runs each, and a coach for forty-eight replaces them at a lower price from about sixty guests; the group transportation page does the arithmetic.
The coach's day
A coach for forty-eight to a Middlesex barn is a per-day quote because the coach and its driver are committed from the depot at noon to the return at 1 a.m.; the quote covers the driver's hours, the fuel and the parking at the lane's end, and the wedding venues article has the barns' lanes.
The sedan's exit and the Pearson run
The couple's sedan at 11:30 is a fixed rate; the grandparents' Pearson meet on Friday and the return on Sunday are two at the Pearson page's $295-345; and the honeymoon flight's run on Sunday afternoon is a third, all on the wedding's file with one invoice and the honeymoon article has the flight day.
The extras that couples ask for
A second stretch for the groomsmen at the same hourly rate; a vintage car through the partner fleet at a quoted day rate; a horse-drawn carriage, which the desk refers to the operator directly; a photographer's car by the hour; a chauffeur in a specific colour of tie. The coordinator prices each and the quote lists them.
The deposit's arithmetic
A deposit of a third at booking, the balance thirty days before, the cancellation terms on the quote at the fleet's scale - longer than the terms page's 72-hour standard because a Saturday stretch cannot be resold at a week's notice; a postponement moves the deposit to the new date where the fleet has the vehicle, and the coordinator says at booking what the fleet's terms are.
Booking checklist for the price
The date; the vehicles and the hours; the guests' number; the hotels; the barn's lane if any; the Pearson runs; the extras; and the card for the deposit. Eight lines to the desk's coordinator and a written quote comes back within two working days.
The honest summary
A London wedding's transport is $2,400-2,700 before HST for a party of six to ten with the guests shuttled, priced vehicle by vehicle with nothing hidden; the wedding page has the service and the fleet page the vehicles.
A worked example: the quote, line by line
A couple marrying at the Delta Armouries in September asked for the stretch, a Sprinter for the guests and the sedan's exit, and the coordinator's quote read: stretch, five hours at $190, $950; Sprinter, four hours at $160, $640; sedan exit, fixed, $60; subtotal $1,650; HST $214.50; total $1,864.50; deposit of a third at booking, balance thirty days before; cancellation on the fleet's scale. The couple added an SUV for the bags at two fixed rates, $110, and the invoice arrived the week after the wedding with the honeymoon's Pearson run on it. The wedding page has the service.
The desk's rule of thumb
Five hours for the stretch, four for the Sprinter, two fixed rates for the SUV, one for the sedan's exit, and the Pearson runs on the same file; book by November for a summer Saturday; and read the quote's cancellation terms before the deposit. The rates page has the figures.
