The road, in detail
Wellington Road to the 401 at Exit 186, the highway east past Woodstock's ONroute, the 403 split for Hamilton, the Cambridge interchange at Exit 282 with the 8 west to Kitchener, the Conestoga Parkway north through the city to the University Avenue exit; an hour and ten minutes on a normal morning, and the Cambridge interchange's merge slows to a crawl at 5 on a weekday when Toyota's Cambridge plant changes shift. The Cambridge page has the interchange's town.

The universities
Waterloo's ring road and its co-op students who fly from YKF or Pearson; Laurier's Bricker loop; Conestoga's Doon campus at the 401's first Kitchener exit; a London family's move-in and convocation days by the hour, and a professor's run between Western and Waterloo for a lecture; the universities page has the London end and the Western article the pattern.
The tech corridor's companies
Communitech's hub and the Innovation District's start-ups, Google's Kitchener office, OpenText's Waterloo campus, the region's insurers and the Toyota plant in Cambridge on the way: a London company's executive to a Waterloo meeting at 10 is the sedan at 8:30, the meeting, and the return or the day by the hour; the corporate page has the account and the business page London's companies.
The airport at Breslau
YKF's single terminal on Fountain Street takes the Flair and the seasonal flights, an hour and five minutes from London and closer than Pearson for a Waterloo-bound passenger; the YKF page has the flights and the fare, and the airports page the comparison with Pearson.
The hospitals
Grand River Hospital's cancer centre takes London's referred patients on some days and London's hospitals take Waterloo's on others; the run is the sedan to the entrance with the return held open, and the medical page has the referrals and the out-of-town patients article the pattern.
The Aud, Centre in the Square and Oktoberfest
The Rangers at the Aud on East Avenue with the corner at the arena's lot, a concert at Centre in the Square on Queen Street North, and Oktoberfest's nine days in October with the festhallen across the twin cities; a London group's night is a Sprinter by the hour with the concerts and sports page's corners.
St. Jacobs and the countryside
The St. Jacobs farmers' market on Thursdays and Saturdays, the village's shops, the Mennonite countryside's roads with the buggies, and Elmira's maple syrup festival in April: a London family's Saturday by the hour with the market at 9 and lunch in the village; the hourly page has the day.
The reverse run
A Waterloo executive to London's 3M or Diamond, a Waterloo family to a Western convocation, a Kitchener patient to University Hospital: the same fare from a Waterloo door to a London door, booked by the desk with the London end known; the corporate visitors article has London's companies.
Three runs, as they went
A Communitech meeting, a Tuesday. Masonville at 8:20, Charles Street at 9:30, the return at 2, home at 3:15. Two sedan fares at $220.
A Waterloo move-in, a family of four, September. Byron at 8 in the SUV with the residence's boxes, the ring road at 9:15, the day by the hour, home at 4.
A YKF departure, a couple, a Friday in February. Old North at 4:30 a.m., the terminal at 5:40. One sedan fare at $210.
Booking it
The run is a fixed fare on the reservation engine with the Waterloo address; the corporate day and the move-in are one email to the desk; the Kitchener-Waterloo page has the destination.
Three questions the desk is asked about the corridor run
Can we take the train instead? VIA's Kitchener line runs London to Kitchener in about an hour and a half with the stops, and a solo traveller to downtown Kitchener takes it; the car wins for Waterloo's campus, Breslau's airport and a meeting on a clock.
Is the LRT useful at the far end? Kitchener-Waterloo's ION light rail runs from Conestoga's mall to Fairway through both downtowns and the universities, and a passenger dropped at one stop can reach the others; the car drops at the door.
Can the chauffeur wait for a Waterloo meeting? Yes - by the hour, or two fares with the return booked; the FAQ has the rest.

The Cambridge page has the interchange's town.
The University of Waterloo, in detail
The ring road off University Avenue West with the Davis Centre, the Student Life Centre and the residences' loops, the Velocity incubator and the engineering buildings, and the co-op students who fly from YKF or Pearson each term; a London family's move-in in September and convocation in June by the hour, and the University of Waterloo site has the campus map.

The Innovation District, in detail
Communitech's hub in the old Lang tannery on Charles Street, the Kaufman lofts, Google's Breithaupt Street office, the University of Waterloo's health sciences campus beside them and the ION's Victoria Park stop; a London start-up's founders to a Communitech pitch at 10 in the sedan at 8:30, and the business page has London's own tech companies.
The airport at Breslau, in detail
YKF's single terminal on Fountain Street with Flair's and the seasonal carriers' flights to the west and the sun, the curb at the door, the lot beside it and no queue at security on most mornings; an hour and five minutes from London, and the YKF page has the flights and the YKF article the run.
The Aud and Oktoberfest, in detail

Booking checklist for the corridor run
The date and the time; the pickup; the Waterloo or Kitchener address; the return, fixed or open; the vehicle; the numbers and the cases; the card. Seven lines to the desk or a fixed fare on the reservation engine.
The honest summary
An hour and ten minutes up the 401 and the 8 to the corridor's universities, start-ups and airport at $200-240 for a sedan, with the Cambridge interchange's 5 o'clock in the plan; the Kitchener-Waterloo page has the destination.
A worked example: the two-city day
A London software company's three founders had a Communitech meeting at 10 and a Waterloo investor's at 2 on a Thursday; the sedan left Masonville at 8:20, Charles Street at 9:30, waited, University Avenue at 1:45, waited, and the office at 4:40; eight and a quarter hours by the hour at the business sedan's $105, $866 plus HST on the corporate account, against two fares each way at $220 and two Kitchener taxis between; the day by the hour won on money and on the founders' afternoon. The hourly page has the day's rate.
The desk's rule of thumb
An hour and ten minutes; $200-240 for a sedan, fixed; the day by the hour for two meetings; fifteen minutes earlier for the Cambridge interchange at 5 and a squall day; YKF when the fare is there; and the ring road's loop named at booking. The Kitchener-Waterloo page has the destination.
