A concert limo in London, Ontario with LondonLimo.net is two fixed in-city fares - a planning figure of $40-60 each way for a sedan - to any of the city's six stages: Canada Life Place's arena shows at the Dundas doors, London Music Hall's club nights on Queens Avenue, the Grand Theatre's season on Richmond Street, Aeolian Hall's concerts on Dundas East, RBC Place's galas on York Street and the Western Fair's stage on Dundas East - with the drop at the door and the pickup at the corner the chauffeur names, texted at the encore. A group books a Sprinter or the partner fleet's stretch by the hour, and a Toronto arena show is a day on the concerts and sports page; this article is the six venues, door by door.
The six venues, and their doors
| Venue | Where | Capacity, roughly | The drop | The pickup corner |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Canada Life Place | Dundas, Talbot, King, Ridout | 9,000-10,000 for a concert | The Dundas doors until the closure; King and Talbot after | Talbot and King, or Richmond and King |
| London Music Hall | Queens Avenue at Clarence | 1,600 standing | The Queens Avenue door | Clarence and Queens |
| The Grand Theatre | Richmond Street north of Dundas | 800 in the Spriet Stage | The Richmond curb | Richmond and Fullarton |
| Aeolian Hall | Dundas Street East in the Old East Village | 300 | The Dundas East curb | Rectory and Dundas |
| RBC Place | York Street at Wellington | 2,000 in the ballroom | The York Street entrance | York and Wellington |
| The Western Fair District | Dundas Street East | The grandstand and the halls | The Florence Street lot | The Florence Street gate |
The venues page has each in full; the fares are the rates page's in-city figures.
Canada Life Place's arena shows
A touring act at the arena is a Knights night with a later curtain: the drop at the Dundas doors at 7 for an 8 o'clock show, the closure of Dundas from about 7:15, the corner at Talbot and King at the encore, and the core clearing by 11:30; the Knights article has the corners and the Canada Life Place article the building.

London Music Hall
The club on Queens Avenue at Clarence hosts the touring bands the arena does not, standing room for 1,600, doors at 7 and the headliner at 9:30; the drop at the Queens Avenue door, the pickup at Clarence and Queens at the encore, and the Row's bars a block west for the group that is not done; the London Music Hall site has the calendar.
The Grand Theatre
The Grand on Richmond Street north of Dundas runs its season from September to May on the Spriet Stage and the smaller Auburn Stage, with an 8 o'clock curtain and a 10:30 exit; the drop at the Richmond curb, the pickup at Richmond and Fullarton, and dinner on the Row before; the Grand's season is on its site and the desk books the pre-theatre table through the travel desk.
Aeolian Hall
The 1884 hall on Dundas Street East in the Old East Village seats three hundred for its concerts - jazz, folk, chamber, the hall's own series - with the drop at the Dundas East curb and the pickup at Rectory and Dundas; the village's restaurants and the Kellogg Lane bars are the dinner before and the drink after.
RBC Place and the Western Fair
RBC Place's ballroom hosts the galas, the awards nights and the conventions' banquets with the drop at the York Street entrance and the group transportation page's shuttle for the delegates; the Western Fair District's grandstand and halls host the fair in September and the concerts at the district's stage with the Florence Street lot for the drop.
The group's Sprinter and the stretch
Fourteen to a London Music Hall show in a Sprinter by the hour with the Row after; eight to the Grand's opening night in the partner fleet's stretch at $150-220 an hour with the dinner before; the fleet page has each and the party bus page the bus for a bigger group.
The Toronto show
Scotiabank Arena, Rogers Centre, Budweiser Stage, Massey Hall, the Four Seasons Centre: a London couple's Toronto show is the Toronto page's fixed fare down at $320-380, the show, a hotel through the travel desk and the run home on Sunday, or the day by the hour for a group; the Toronto article has the run.
The encore, honestly
A concert's end is less predictable than a game's, so the pickup is texted at the encore rather than booked to the minute; the chauffeur is on the corner within ten minutes of the text, and a fixed fare's chauffeur who waits past thirty minutes bills the rates page's waiting time, which the desk says at booking.
Three concert nights, as they went
The Grand's opening night, a couple, October. Old North at 6, a Row restaurant at 6:15, the Richmond curb at 7:45, Richmond and Fullarton at 10:35, home at 10:50. Two fares at $46.
London Music Hall, fourteen, a Saturday in May. Byron at 6:30, the Queens Avenue door at 7:15, the Row after, the office's lot at 1. A Sprinter for six and a half hours.
An arena show, a family of five, February. Westmount at 6:30, the Dundas doors at 7, Talbot and King at 10:50, home at 11:15. Two SUV fares at $62.
Booking it
The concert night is two fixed fares on the reservation engine with the venue and the corner in the notes, or one email to the desk for the group's vehicle or the Toronto show; the concerts and sports page has the service.
Three questions the desk is asked about concert nights
Can we be dropped at the stage door? No - the venues' stage doors are for the crews; the drop is at the public door the table names and the pickup at the corner.
Does the chauffeur wait through the show? By the hour, yes; most couples book two fixed fares and the chauffeur runs another booking between, back at the corner for the encore's text.
Can we go to two venues in one night? Yes - the Grand's 8 o'clock curtain and London Music Hall's 11 o'clock headliner are a night by the hour, three blocks apart; the FAQ has the rest.
Canada Life Place's concerts, in detail
A touring act at the arena sells nine to ten thousand, the Dundas closure runs from about 7:15 to 11:30, the garages empty from the encore, and the corner at Talbot and King or Richmond and King is the Knights article's corner with a later clock; the Canada Life Place site has the calendar.
London Music Hall, in detail
The hall on Queens Avenue at Clarence opened in the old bank building with the standing floor and the balcony, hosts the touring bands and the tribute nights with doors at 7 and the headliner at 9:30 or 10, and empties onto Queens at midnight; the Clarence and Queens corner is a block from the Row's bars, and the London Music Hall site has the calendar.
The Grand Theatre, in detail
The 1901 theatre on Richmond Street north of Dundas runs its season on the Spriet Stage and the Auburn Stage from September to May, with the 8 o'clock curtain and the 10:30 exit onto Richmond; the drop at the Richmond curb is a stop of thirty seconds because Richmond is a through street, and the pickup at Richmond and Fullarton a block north; the Grand's season is on its site.
Aeolian Hall, in detail
The 1884 hall on Dundas Street East - the old East London town hall - seats three hundred under its vaulted ceiling for the jazz, the folk, the chamber series and the hall's own school's concerts, with the drop at the Dundas East curb and the pickup at Rectory and Dundas; the Aeolian Hall site has the calendar and the Old East Village's restaurants are the dinner before.
RBC Place's galas, in detail
The convention centre's ballroom on York Street hosts the city's galas - the hospital foundations', the Chamber's, the universities' - with the York Street entrance for the drop, a stretch's loop at the door and the pickup at York and Wellington; the group transportation page has the shuttle for a gala's out-of-town guests from the hotels, and the RBC Place site has the calendar.
The Western Fair's stage, in detail
The district's grandstand hosts the fair's concerts in September and the district's halls the rest of the year's shows, with the Florence Street lot for the drop and the pickup and Dundas East slow on a fair night; the events article has the fair week.
The Toronto show, in detail
Scotiabank Arena's and Rogers Centre's stadium shows, Budweiser Stage's summer amphitheatre at Ontario Place, Massey Hall's and the Four Seasons Centre's seasons: the Toronto page's $320-380 down, the venue's door, a hotel through the travel desk and the run home on Sunday, or the day by the hour for a group of fourteen in a Sprinter with the show's parking avoided entirely. The Toronto article has the run.
Booking checklist for the concert night
The date; the venue; the pickup address; dinner before or not; the drop; the corner; the vehicle; the encore's text; the Toronto show's hotel if any. Nine lines to the desk or two fixed fares on the reservation engine.
The honest summary
Six venues, six doors and six corners, each driven a hundred times; the concerts and sports page has the service and the venues page the doors.
A worked example: two venues, one night
A couple from Old North booked the night by the hour in October: the Grand's 8 o'clock curtain with dinner on the Row at 6:15, the Richmond curb at 7:45, the sedan waiting, Richmond and Fullarton at 10:35, and London Music Hall's 11 o'clock headliner three blocks east with the Clarence and Queens corner at 12:40; five and a half hours at $150, $825 plus HST, and the hourly page has the sedan's hours.
The desk's rule of thumb
Two fixed fares for one venue; the night by the hour for two; the corner texted at the encore; the drop by 7 for an arena show and 7:45 for the Grand; and the Toronto show with an overnight. The venues page has the doors.
Booking it, in one line
The concert night is two fixed fares on the reservation engine with the venue and the corner in the notes, or one email to the desk for the hourly night, the group's vehicle or the Toronto show.
The dinner before, venue by venue
The Grand's audience eats on the Row a block south at 6:15 for the 8 o'clock curtain; London Music Hall's crowd eats on the Row or at the market's food hall and walks east on Queens; Aeolian Hall's audience eats in the Old East Village's restaurants on Dundas East and walks; the arena's crowd eats at the market or on King Street; and the desk books the table through the travel desk with the drop at the restaurant and the walk to the door, which is the attractions page's core in fifteen minutes.
